"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"Amazing location with romantic summer evening walks in countryside dirt road full of flashing fire flies. In the morning we have got delicious breakfast from local food. "My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights recently and we have nothing, but positive feedback. This property is run by a Dutch/Flemish couple and they were exceptional. Great breakfast, comfortable room and it was great to wake up to a remarkable view of the local landscape. They also can recommend local dinner options and even call to make reservations for you. Would highly recommend this B&B"

"The B&B was a beautiful place & lovely people. This is a lovely little family B&B that have dogs chickens and horses all friendly. The rooms were clean and made up everyday. We didn’t use much of there facilities as we were up and out most of the day for a motorcross event then back out for dinner in the evenings so mainly just the bed shower and breakfast I personally am not a continental breakfast kind of person but there was a very large variety on that side and they did do scrambled...

"Bellafiora Bed & Breakfast couldn't have been better. The house overlooks a quintessential italian countryside with the town of Osimo perched on top of the hill just past the B&B's olive grove. The rooms are modern, comfortable and lovely to return to after a long day exploring. Each day started with a full, delicious breakfast and morning greetings from Cinzia . La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. Loads to visit in the area too - quite stunning scenery around there that i hadn't appreciated was the case. So, yes, all in all, great. In fact i wish I were still there...."
