"Stayed 1 night in a standard room then upgraded to poolside room which was very good. However the standard rooms could be more cleaner...there were cobwebs on the wall and the floor is old Otherwise our whole stay was enjoyable with support from the friendly staff."

"Staff - first class, especially the restaurant and bar staff. Friendly, helpful and the staff work really long hours. We sometimes saw the same staff in the morning and at night. Restaurant menu - needs expanding especially since the 2 restaurants and room service have the same menu. We were there for 5 days and after day 3 we had to go out of the hotel to look for food. Menu items ordered were tasty but just no option and no traditional food offered BUT they have their own plantation/gardens so...

They became like family and without hesitation They promised to look after my mum when I returned back to NZ but they went above and beyond. Check in/out was smooth with no hassles. Right in the middle of Apia so very convenient to town. It’s simple and intimate setting gives you peace and quiet and the attention when needed. Highly recommended. Thank you to all staff especially the admin team :)"
