Muito bom Hotel, somente desagradável a torneira do quarto, que não dá pra lavar as duas mãos ao mesmo tempo, tem que segurar uma pra lavar a outra. E outra coisa ruim, mas acho ser padrão da cidade, é o Horário do café, que é das 07 as 10 apenas.

Hotel caiu muita qualidade, banheiro no box cheio de sujeira mofo, sem puxador de box, trinco da porta caindo, janela sem a alça para abrir e manter aberta, quarto sujo, porta da sacada uma parte sem canaleta vc fecha a porta e continua com barulho. Ar condicionado com barulho.

O chuveiro era péssimo tivemos que tomar banho colados na parede pois o chuveiro não esquentava e a caída de água era muito próximo a parede, além da limpeza do banheiro péssimo pois a pia estava entupida e havia papel higiênico sujo na tampa do vaso.

Razoável. Quarto de Luxo pequeno sem cama Quenn como anunciado, tivemos que trocar de apartamento e pagar diferença. Água quente às vezes não funcionava. E desligavam a água a noite. Ao sair as 6 h não tinha água quente novamente para banho. Sem secador de cabelos e sem ducha higiênica . Os funcionários eram atenciosos mas a comodidade não.

Feliz por visitar o Santuário
Razoável, acesso difícil , rua estreita, calçadas exíguas, ladeira forte! O hotel é simplificado ao máximo e o preço muito alto para o que oferece. Mas, é limpo, o banheiro tem água quente no chuveiro e não tem no lavatório. A porta de entrada é legal com granito no chão, mas, não se entusiasmem demais com o marketing deste Plaza Hotel. Aconselho olharem a localização no Google Earth. A cidade de Aparecida encontra-se muito mal cuidada....
Rua Oliveira Braga 214, O hotel, a calçada estreita e o intenso comercio de lembranças da cidade.

Um elevador apenas para quatro pessoas - hóspedes e serviços - neste hotel de oito pavimentos e inúmeros apartamentos.

Sugestão: Na recepção deveria ter uma repartição para guardar as chaves dos veículos, juntamente com o número dos quartos. Na saída a recepcionista não encontra, tivemos que procurar a chave em uma caixa de papelão com todas as outras chaves. Nao tinha papel higiênico, eu tive que ir retirar na recepção, é desagradável. A pizza estava ótima, música ao vivo, bem agradável. Café ótimo, tudo limpo e organizado.
