Pretty rustic a few km from Aosta

The house is located about 5 km from Aosta, along the regional road 17 that connects Aosta with the town of Roisan.
Not far away, in winter, ski lifts and snow parks are available.
During the rest of the year there is the possibility of relaxing walks in the vicinity of the village.
The surroundings of the house are very peaceful and the neighbors friendly and welcoming.
Inside the house there is a rustic and familiar atmosphere.
There are 2 single beds, a sofa bed and a double bed.
The house has two kitchens, both well-stocked.
On the lower floor there is the tavern, very cool in summer.
There are many conveniences, such as a shower, washing machine, refrigerator, heating and a laundry room.
From the small balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Aosta Valley mountains.
Near the house there is a beautiful medieval aqueduct that can also be reached on foot.
The house does not have private parking, but there is the possibility of parking nearby.
