Communication was poor. After booking I added an extra night. The owner sent me a payment request which I paid but they did not update the booking details and I had to chase for confirmation.
I had to chase for checkin details then they asked for payment again. I said I had already paid and on the day before the booking they changed me to a different apartment on a nearby street which was described as better.
The new apartment was not luxury and did not have panoramic views as advertised. It was a large room divided be curtains to make 2 separate sleeping areas.
There was no outside space, there was no sofa or anywhere comfortable to sit. Some of the furniture was broken. The fridge made a loud constant buzzing noise and was near to the bed making it difficult to sleep.
This was not even a coffee machine. I have had many holiday rentals all over Europe and this is the first time such an essential was missing. I messaged the owner to ask if they had one I could use. They said they had a Nespresso but did not reply when I asked them to bring it.
