this is a new hotel and so it is very nice. However, the rooms are very small and in the shower and toilet , you can hardly move. it is clear they want to add as many customers in the building. also the breakfast tables are rather small.

The room is very clean and comfortable, and staffs are all kind and friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the Antwerp central station however, there is a park next the hotel, and the river Esco is near to the hotel and give me beautiful scenely and I could be relaxed. I'd like to reccomend B&B hotel Zuid to everybody.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Parking was full, but they recommended us a public parking lot a block away, that was cheaper anyway. Facilities in very good condition, room was spotless and comfortable.
