"I loved the layout of the room, parking is plentiful. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and there were restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast had variety but could use more fresh fruit, berries, nuts. We also had a hard time finding the road for the hotel and if you miss the exit in the freeway it takes 28 min to get back! But that could’ve just been us. Overall I would recommend!"

"This is a wonderful hotel. Feels like a retreat when you are there. The rooms are simple but clean and the location is amazing to visit St Rita. Staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. "

"Overall a reasonable hotel. Dinner and breakfast were totally acceptable, particularly the dinner (both quality and price). I slept well, although the other two persons with me said the beds were hard."

"It’s a lovely little place centrally located, very quiet, great service. The rooms are clean and well maintained if a little on the dated side. Bathrooms are modern but very small: shower was miniscule (I could barely bend over to wash my feet without knocking the door open, and I only weigh 140 lbs). The breakfast is terrific and it’s really nice to be centrally located. A great value overall but I’d say the hotel rating should be 3 stars, not 4."

"We were very pleased with the hotel. Rooms are spacious and private - each room has a private entrance in a "condo/townhome" type of setting. Our room was large with a balcony and french doors in the bedroom and bathroom. Nespresso machine with coffee pods in the room too. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service impeccable. The hotel also has top notch restaurant if you don't feel like driving to town one night."

"Our experience at this beautiful hotel was exceptional. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it was absolutely perfect – from the luxurious Jacuzzi to the spacious, well-appointed shower. Every detail exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the entire property is truly special, nestled in the charming heart of San Gemini. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!"

"The property is stunning, amazing views of the mountains of Casaprota. The home Is comfortable, spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Stefano was a great host, offering a lot of insight into all things Italy. We even had an opportunity to have an authentic Italian restaurant experience with him and his family, which was a pretty awesome experience. "Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger."

"La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere.
