"All the people in the hotel is very nice, the building is beautiful, but the furniture and decoration looks old. I asked for sleepers and tissue (the website said it was of courtesy) and they said it was for a superior room, but they are going to look if there is some available, I never get them and never was told if there was availables or not."

"The hotel was nice and had a good restaurant. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The gym is sort of creepy in the basement and it was easier to run outside along the water. The wifi did not work as well as expected in our rooms, but was much better in the dining area. If you wanted room service you had to request a menu, and it was limited to sandwiches. If you are a walker there was a good mall about 30 minutes away that had okay restaurants."

"We were in Antofagasta, as a base to tour the ESO Paranal Observatory. A remarkable value… 13th floor room, beautiful, quiet and well-appointed, with a small terrace, overlooking the bay.
