This property enjoys a good location in the upmarket development of Alta Vista. This proper house is in the Town of Calete and does not suffer from being way out of town, like so many. The townhouse itself is 3 bed, 2 bath, and 3 terrace.

This is a large and proper house - a home from home - very spacious with separate kitchen and utility (2 sinks) with dishwasher and wash machine. There is also a private sun terrace off the master bedroom.

The master bed is also served by its own en suite toilet with bath and shower. Sleeps 6 easily. The three sun terraces include a private balcony with stunning views across Calete de Fuste bay.

The tiled and secluded rear terraces catches the sun all day and includes Canarian BBQ for alfresco dinning. There is a Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) option, which is totally secluded and ideal for star gazing at night.


The lounge has a 50 inch flat screen TV with UK TV - BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Full SKY movies, SKY Sports, BT Sports, Premier Sports, Movie vault with thousands of Films and all the top releases.

Great property Great area
The property was clean and tidy very comfortable and in the perfect location. You are 5 minutes from a few bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the front with even more bars and restaurants to choose from. I recommend Mollys bar, view bar and Lins for amazing food and drinks. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday I'd definitely return.

This is our third stay at the property and again were not disappointed. The property has all the amenities you could want for a perfect holiday, The property is clean and the check in and check out times are perfect. The location is not to far to walk to all the restaurants and other amenities to make this the perfect holiday. Thanks again for letting this property to us.

Perfect for a family holiday
Our second stay at the villa, this time we brought our two grandsons aged 11 months, the owner was very accommodating in ensuring cots and high chairs were available , as the previous visit it met our expectations for a perfect family break.

Great property so stay there is everything you need easy to find beautiful sunny balcony beds are good nice quiet area will definitely be back host easy to contact to answer any queries supermarket bars and restaurants 5 min. walk centre of the resort a bit further and on return taxi cabs are very reasonably priced

Family holiday
After some miscommunication which was quickly resolved, we arrived at the apartment and found it clean, well appointed and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The upstairs balcony makes for a great sun trap and we made great use of the hot tub. The availability of sky sports was also a great bonus. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to come back again. The apartment had everything we needed though next time we would definitely consider hiring a car due to the long walk down and back up the hill in order to visit town.

Great Value House
The house was exactly as per the pictures in the description. Large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and of course a hot tub. It's about a 20 minute walk into Caleta from the house, down a mild slope, so obviously a slightly uphill return journey. This was fine because we are both fairly active. It is in a quiet area which was great away from the hustle of Caleta. The hot tub was clean and ready for use as soon as we arrived. A great find, and a great price.

Lovely house fo a relaxing stay!
The house was great, we really enjoyed it, it had everything we could have possibly wanted and in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing! The views from upstairs were amazing and the kids loved the hot tub and my husband the BBQ! British TV and reliable wi-fi. We had use of 2 pools, which were around a 10/15min walk away, near to a lovely bakery that had delicious bread and cakes.

We have stayed in this area a lot over the past few years and it is in a great location . 15 minutes walk down hill to the beach and a good 20 minute hike back up . 3 good size bedrooms one with en-suite .Sky tv and internet were all fantastic . Communication from owners was excellent and Sue the agent in Fuerteventura. Overall great value if you use all the beds.

Fuerteventura holiday bliss!
Everthing about our holiday was superb. From the initial welcome, the great facilities in the house, the good location to the hot tub! You really need a car to get about and see the beautiful island and can park right outside, but if not, it is only a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. The town, with it's excellent beach, is a bit further down the hill but it is possible to walk. Getting back is all up hill, so you could get a taxi. All in all a great holiday with excellent communication with the host. Thank you.

Fabulous villa in the perfect place!
A fabulous 3 bed villa on a private estate affording spectacular panoramic views of the sea from its first floor terrace. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and everything one could need is supplied. Even in temperatures of 30 degrees plus, the house remained cool and comfortable. I have been to Fuerteventura quite a few times and this villa is by far the best accommodation I have stayed in and represents good value and has given me and my family good memories to cherish! I will almost certainly be looking to stay here again.

Brilliant location, 20 min walk down to harbour. Walk back up not too taxing but you can jump in a taxi for £3+ euros. Lovely house, everything you'd need and more. Very spacious and the garden room at the back which had large glass doors which opened right up to increase outdoor space was amazing. Lovely outside spaces, sun all day. Sue was available if needed very friendly and full of local knowledge. Yes will definately return. Thank you.

Caleta de fuste
This was a fantastic property for our holiday, plenty of room for us (2 adults & 2 kids 17 + 13) , great views from the master bedroom and nice high ceiling meant it didnt get too hot in there. Added bonus of cracking wifi and full TV , hot tub, dishwasher etc. Its a pleasant walk downhill into town 15/20 mins however there is a supermarket and a selection of bars & restaurants halfway down the hill, the excellent Nestors is around the corner and also the little pizza place at the end of the road is one of the best in town. We wouldnt hesitate returning to this property, spotless clean, plenty of space & packed with amenities.

The property is as described on the site, extremely clean and comfortable. The hot tub was set up by the management company prior to arrival and the location for us was very good. Close enough to town, but quiet enough to relax in. The sun chases around the house to the various balconies/patios so you're never short. The property was small enough for the 2 of us, but would be big enough for a family - there was plenty of space. Local facilities are very good with a well sticked supermarket and some good restaurants and pubs. Iain was very approachable and all questions answered promptly. Overall a very good place for a break.

Great property, well worth money
We are returning again in 2016, so looked again at this property which we were so impressed with last year. We've rented many times but this one just ticks all the boxes, clean, private, spacious, Furnished to a high std. Views are brilliant loads of places to relax and well worth the money. We did rent a car but didn't use it much at all as taxis not expensive. Hot tub was a sanctuary. We had a fantastic holiday, it makes such a difference when you have a really lovely house to relax in. Appreciated the friendly property manager dropping by to make sure we had all we needed. We'll be back!

Wonderful value place in the sun
Just a short note Ian to thank you for use of your lovely villa. It was so peaceful and spacious. You have thoughtof everything and we just loved the outside chilling lounge and the hot tub and barbeque area. It was a pleasure waking up each morning to the amazing sea views and we sat on your upstairs terrace for breakfast every morning. We ate lunch on your lovely down stairs terrace and drank bubbly on your rear terrace and in your jacuzzi by night. It was great. Lovely to stay in such a well loved house that has everything. Hope to visit again. Peter & Rebecca and family.

5 star luxury for 3 star prices - Brill
We loved this place. Three huge terraces. Jacuzzi Hout Tub. Sun all day. BBQ. Brill location close to shops and bars. Massive sapce. En suite and terrace for master bed. wifi and bbc and itv. Kids were loving it and so were we. We used pools at Bahia Sol and Castillo Mar as owners has access to these so everthing was great. We got the house for a song so will be rushing back. Book this folks, your gonna love it. Best value poss. Harry and troop.
