Beautiful colonial house located 4 blocks away from Antigua Guatemala Central Park, with parking lot for 5 cars.
This home is in the most exclusive gated communities with two stories. Comfortable and stylish, 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms with a wonderful central garden (with fountain), capable to sleep up to nine adults.
The Family House has a large, modern kitchen, two dining areas and lots of space in the home’s living room (with fireplace).
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, roof terrace and a great media / tv room, and a very large upstairs terrace that has nearly 360-degree views.
Wifi and all the services to work from home with an spectacular 3 volcanoes views.
Adding to the home’s many appealing amenities, it is located adjacent to the gated community’s small “fountain” park - beautiful to look at from the house, and also beautiful to visit.

Beautiful house
Beautiful house with amazing views of the volcano. Location was great. I cannot give a 5 star review because of the cleanliness of the house. Kitchen, bathrooms and master room’s bedsheets and towels had not been cleaned before our arrival. Host was responsive and helpful and sent someone over to do some of the cleaning.

A place to return again y otra vez
If you are looking for the right place ... this is it! But, I'd like to begin with the ease of communicating with the House Manager --- because I believe it is so important especially if you are traveling abroad, Diana M., the House manager answers you questions promptly .. if you have a need or concern -- she's right there to assist and guide ... this helps us as we go to our "Family House Antigua" - I find it so refreshing that she's there when you need her, for me, for us especially, because I travel in so many places. --- Bu the house -- you cannot ask for anything more .. from the friendly guards and neighborhood, gated and secure... so that the moment you passed the gate you know that you are in sure place... quiet and so close to many important place in Antigua, for example, grocery stores, restaurants, Churches, cafes, and man other points of interest that we just walk --- we do not need a vehicle or tuktok or car ... we just walked around. The House is impeccable clean, with enough rooms for us and bathrooms; if you have some friends the guest toilet is just so helpful; the kitchen, the dining rooms, the coffee room, the balcony, the fountain, the so beautiful terraza - and the view of the volcan agua (and fuego and acatenango) is just so amazing to see when you wake up in the morning and at nightfall .... the housekeeper is very respectful and kind. Truly, there is much to say about this house... but, hear it... if you are looking for a place... this is IT!
