Lugar lindo pero muy sencillo
En general está bien, batallé un poco para dar con el lugar porque el letrero está no muy visible… una vez que llegas no hay quien te reciba, tienes que contactar al anfitrión por wts ( lo cual se tardó un poco); pero el problema no fue eso, sino que nunca hubo agua caliente , reporte el problema y no lo pudieron reparar al momento, hasta el día siguiente y para ese momento ya me tenía que ir así que me tuve que bañar las 2 veces con agua fría … a Pesar de eso pedí un late check out y me Dijeron que no… las toallas olían a humedad… y en lo que si me ayudaron fue que pude dejar mi equipaje y me lo resguardaron unas horas

Confusing instructions to enter. Smelled exhaust.
It was tough to get into the place. Nobody was there, door was locked. Needed a key code to enter which was apparently emailed to me just before check in time. We eventually walked around to find wifi where we were able to retrieve the code. Sleeping was tough as the room we were in was right beside a main road, so pretty loud. We woke up with the room smelling completely like exhaust.

La propiedad puede llegar a ser buena si le pusieran cariño. Terraza: Aceptable. Baño: aceptable aunque de baja calidad. Lavatorio lo encontramos sucio. No había papel higiénico adicional. Dejan un jabón diminuto para dos personas para varios días. Esto es lo más importante: reservamos un hospedaje con estas personas hace casi tres meses y en la semana previa al viaje en una época super full nos avisan sin mas que nos habían cambiado de la propiedad reservada que se suponía la escogimos por la cercanía al parque central y a todo; por otra que quedaba lejor de todo. Lo mejor es que mientieron cuando les pregunte si quedaba cerca o si era igual porque me dijeron que si y NO ES CIERTO. Esta a 1.5 km del centro, la cama no era ling sino queen y bueno ya detalle cómo es ese lugar. DOS HORAS dando vueltas en La Antigua para encontrar la propiedad, preguntando a vecinos y gracias a que tuvimos un taxista con una excelente actitud ya que nos llevó desde Guate ciudad y se quedó con nosotros hasta que encontramos el lugar. Sin embargo, los responsables del alojamiento a este momento no se han dignado de responder todos los mensajes que les envié el 31/12 y Expedia creo que también fallo en el servicio ya que trate de contactar al alojamiento a través de ellos y no hubo respuesta tampoco. Es decir, estábamos en medio de una ciudad desconocida, sin una dirección adecuada y sin poder hablar con nadie. Otro detalle es que el día que llegamos NO HABÍA AGUA en el baño!!!

Es accesible para el costo. Tiene recomendaciones de que hacer en la zona, muy tranquilo para descanzar. Agregaria que falto limpieza en los pisos y tapetes de sanitarios.
