I choose this location to use the pool, but the pool was closed on Tuesday. So it was disappointing. I wouldn't choose this location if I knew the pool was going to be closed. This location is located in a hill so it is a lot of walking. And you need transportation to go to places. Antigua Guatemala is like 10 to 15 minutes away driving. If you just need this place to sleep then is perfect.

Property attractive and regulated by by-laws
The property is attractive. Communicating in a timely manner with property mannager was a challenge. A lot of rules to be at the location. Regulations to use amenities were revealed at the very last minute when getting the access code. The lack of information in a timely fashion, non disclosure of rules and regulations that govern the property, and poor phone manners due to lack of courtesy erase the beauty of the location. Please improve on these aspects to make a difference.

Horrible experience
Booked our stay at this place on October 8 for my family to arrive October 21- October 22. When my family arrived to the place the guard tells them the place is already being occupied by someone and we needed to contact owner. I proceed to call owner and text the owner and he never replied! About 30 mins after trying to get in contact with him he cancels our stay as my family is outside waiting with no explanation at all! He never answered my calls or text messages! Please do not book he is irresponsible and probably double books peoples stay!
