"We had a great stay at the Villa in Jolly Harbor. The location was fabulous and we were only a short 4 minute walk to the beach and close to many other beaches within driving distance! The condo was clean, looked just like the pictures and came with all the needed ammedies and even had some sand toys and folding chairs for us to use at the beach. "Loved the Villa. Our only problem was driveway was made for golf cart, but we worked around that. Lovely breezes at night, did not need ac. Jilly Richards was a wonderful host and kept up with us and our needs. Jeanette came and plugged in our WiFi, which we had neglected to notice the plug. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store."

"Such an amazing property. Me and my wife loved our stay here 2 years ago, this time we brought our 2 kids (age 8 & 11) and my mother in law with us for a week. There was lots of space for all of us. "We stayed here for a month. This is a great villa with a private pool, a nicely equipped house, and a great view from the upper porch for morning coffee. The house is located in the middle of the island and close to 5-7 outstanding beaches. The owners are delightful people and very responsive. They know how to operate a rental and please their guests. "The house was a lovely house, clean and well-appointed for our family of four. Communication was excellent. We had a great vacation. We did end up getting a rental car--walking up and down the hill, especially in the dark with not much of a shoulder wasn't really convenient for us and a little longer than 7 minutes. "We had an amazing time in Antigua and the villa was in a great location right near the Jolly Beach marina where the remainder of our family were staying. The property manager Jenny was exceptional with answering questions and she provided lots of great tips and suggestions. She also facilitated getting transportation to and from the airport and also arranged a golf cart rental for us. "We couldn't ask for a better experience than what Coleen provided for us. Her home is spacious, beautiful, clean, and secure. She provided extra towels for bathing and the beach. Plenty of cuttlery and cookware. Her instructions were clear and she was very helpful every step of the way. It was easy to reach her and she kindly checked in with us during our stay. AC units and TV's in each room which is bonus. The wifi worked well. Don't hesitate to book her place. You won't be disappointed."

"We booked a two queen room, it was spacious, lots of closet and drawer space. The bathroom was also spacious. Room included a mini fridge, coffee pod machine (good coffee too), and a safe. There was also a balcony over looking the pool. The room was very clean. There is a small beach assigned to the hotel. It was a decent size and enough for the hotel guests. Theres a swim up tiki bar, a little boat will take you there. The restaurant had a reasonable variety of food and drink options. Some of the dishes could have used a little more seasoning or flavor. The mojitos and other drinks were soo good. Staff was very helpful. We came with a large group and they did a great job putting up with the requests. Overall, great experience."
