Juan les Pins is central to The `Cote D`azur`on the mediterranean

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of this small apartment block. There are lifts to all floors (only 5 floors), and is well maintained and in very good order. There is a security system in place to gain access to all apartments. It is small compact apartment, with air conditioning, easily manageable with seperate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, a nice size lounge, also, a balcony with sunblind for al fresco dining or a just a glass of wine. Also, there are stored on the balcony buckets, spades, snorkels etc., for children to play with on the beach. In the lounge there is a small T.V with DVD and CD player, cribbage, scrabble and puzzles. The apartment is situated one block away from the promenade and beaches, literally a 300metre walk, and there is a bus service that goes into Antibes, only a 5minute ride.Please note there is no parking within the apartment block but there is some free parking within 300metres of the promenade. No more than 4 guests to stay in the apartment.
