Antibes: sea view, swimming pool, air conditioning and parking

##Space

This pretty 2-bedroom apartment is located in the Maeva residence in Juan les Pins, with large gardens, 1 swimming pool for children and 1 swimming pool for adults and access to free parking (no designated spaces).

This apartment is composed as follows:
- Living room with sofa, TV, wifi
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, traditional oven, steam oven, grill, hotplates, dishwasher, kitchen utensils.
- Terrace accessible from the 15m2 living room with outdoor furniture and sea view
- Bedroom 1: double bed 180x200 cm, air conditioning, access to a 12m2 long balcony
- Shower room 1: adjoining bedroom 1 with shower, sink and dressing room in the shower room (no toilets)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds of 90x200 cm, dressing room, air conditioning, access to the balcony on the garden side communicating with bedroom 1.
- Shower room 2: shower, sink (located in the hallway, no toilets)
- Separate toilets in the hallway of the apartment (one for the apartment)

The apartment therefore has air conditioning (in the two bedrooms only, not in the living room), wifi, TV in the living room.

The swimming pool is open all year round from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. It is an unheated outdoor swimming pool without lifeguard. There are no lounge chairs around the pool.

You will have access to parking in the residence, along the building. It is not an assigned place.

You will have access to the entire accommodation.

## Interaction

Throughout your stay you will be in contact with a person from our agency to ensure the smooth running of your vacation.
Please confirm your arrival time no later than the day of your arrival so that someone can organize to meet you on site and welcome you and hand over the keys. As there is no reception on site, it is therefore necessary to confirm the meeting time beforehand.
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Departures are at 10am.

## Transit
Bus line 8 is located at the bottom of the building and takes you to the train station, to the old town of Antibes and to Juan les Pins downtown. Very convenient, so you won't need to take a taxi from the station if you come by train.
Nice airport is about 25 minutes from the apartment. Remember to take the Antibes exit from the A8 motorway.

## Neighborhood

The area being residential, you can enjoy a quiet holiday in this family residence.

Here is some information to know in the neighborhood (distance and walking time):

At 450 meters (6 mins), you have a restaurant Le Sirena.
At 1.1 km (15mn), you have the Casino Supermarket
At 950 meters (13mn), you have the Chaspoul pharmacy
At 1.4 km (21mn), you have the beaches of Juan les Pins

## Notes

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residence of 2 floors in total.
The door of the apartment slams, so remember to always have the key with you when you leave so as not to pay locksmith fees during your stay (!)
Household linen is included in your reservation: one kit per bed on arrival with shower towels. If you wish to change sheets/towels during your stay, please contact the agency for an estimate.
Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, please empty the bins when you leave and do the dishes before handing over the keys.
Pool towels are not included in the reservation.
There is no hair dryer



No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
