The apartment is in a great location, off a quiet pedestrian only side street, but close to everything. There is AC in the main living area and the bedroom with the larger bed, but none in the bunk bed room or the third small bedroom with a twin bed. Those rooms with no AC get hot, and we kept doors open, window shutters closed, and fans going to try to allow the AC upstairs to flow into the rooms (but it did not really work, even after a few days). The property isn't super well maintained with all of the dressers broken, no working light fixture in the toilet room (separate from the sink and shower which did have lighting), empty hand soap in the bathroom, etc. all of which wasn't a big enough deal for us to have to ask them to come and fix things in the middle of the stay, but should have been addressed before we arrived.
Seems like from the wording in the listing it is used as a study abroad apartment, and seems to be well suited for that, but maybe a little less adequate for a family. Still, the price was less than other listings, so I wouldn't have expected luxury furnishings.
Overall, we found it adequate, the location was good, but we'd probably try to book something else for a family stay if visiting again.
