"The owner does not do a good job of maintaining this property. It is neglected for half the year so mold grows for half a year and no one cleans it. There may be a bigger mold problem than the owner realizes. When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned for the season to at least to hide the problem. I also smelled sewage in the kitchen. "We stayed as a family of four (2A, 2C) at the apartment for a week in early August 2023. The apartment is well stocked, a good size and has plenty of shaded and sunny parts within the garden. A walk of 10-15 mins to a lovely beach. Close to the train station for trips to Monaco, Cannes and Antibes. The shared pool was quiet and warmed in the sun.
