Unlike all the negative reviews, I absolutely loved this hotel. First, the sea view is amazing. Second, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are always clean. They offer a small selection for breakfast, but considering the price, it’s quite good. The location is fantastic — it’s close to everything, with a maximum of 15 minutes’ walk to places like Kaleiçi and Karaalioğlu Park.

Antalya stay

This in reality is a 2 star hotel, rather than the 4 star as they advert themselves. Rooms are very small, bathrooms tiny with a poor quality of amenities provided. Breakfast and dinner were almost inedible and drinks were diluted juices or water. The only good perk is that hitel is close to city center (walkable distance)

It’s a perfect family hotel that requires maintenance, customer service should be priority and pool times that are only allowed between 10 am and 7 pm are absolutely insane for a sea side hotel in Antalya? with temperatures in excess of 30 degrees.

We did not enjoy our stay in this hotel , when I booked it was looking very nice and clean but actually it is terrible not good at all . It is a big wast if the property with the current situation of it it is a huge building,located in a nice area but it is not kept well.

Shame, nice view, shame about rooms and service

Lovely view, nice pool area and nice when you first walk in. I was ok with old fashioned basic room but old appliances that barely worked. No cups in room that were very needed due to having dental work in antalya so couldn’t make soup. Staff were asked for cups but they disnt understand. Rooms need updating with decor and appliances. Shame cos such a lovely location

The front desk and breakfast area staff were very friendly, except the manager. He is an old guy with a beard, you won't miss it, he is everywhere and trying to run the hotel with the minimum cost. I traveled to many cities, this time in Turkey, but this place was the only place with cheap quality breakfast. Their Watermelon was so bad and old, and flies were everywhere. They didn't do anything about it. The bathroom downstairs was so old and dirty, and the place outside looks good, but it hasn't been renovated for a long time.

Fair stay

Some bit of shampoo residuals left on the bathroom. Overall, it was super clean. No slippers were provided. I did not connect to the wifi as it require usename and pw. They didn’t give me it when I arrived, so I coudn’t be asked. The hotel only have 2 small lifts for 10 floors, it can take 5 minutes for it to arrive. The breakfast buffet wasnt great.

Excellent sea view from balcony. Breakfast was horrid daily. Noises from adjoining rooms and higher floor was disturbing.When checked in bathroom smelled of piss and room floor was dirty. Obviously housekeeping only hurriedly changed sheets and refilled amenities. Informed reception but nothing done. Gym and sauna were out of commission. I will not stay in this hotel in future.

Very bad service

My stay was terrible. The receptionist was un helpful at all. I asked for baby crip and he told we don't provide. I said why you don't have one? He said we don't need them. The hotel is too old. I can't understand how they were ranked as a 4 star's hotel. The lift/ elevator was not functioning properly. The breakfast was not good.
