"The view of the beach was spectacular! Beautiful area to stay in with a lovely cottage to call home for a few days. The cottage was very well appointed, cosy but spacious at the same time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"

"The Tin Shed surpassed my expectations! Beautiful presentation and we wanted for nothing. Kathy and Dick are fabulous hosts. The beach is a short walk down the hill and a good cafe, The Hub, also within walking distance. I highly recommend this property."

"Spacious house with a beautiful beachfront position. A beautiful space for several days by the beach to chill and unwind or as a base for exploring the glorious Bay of Fires. 10 minutes to St Helen’s if you’ve forgotten anything! The bedrooms were dark, and one doesn’t really have a window (the window looks into the storage space). But, you don’t come to the beach to stay in your room (even if you ARE a teenager). No fans or air con, so it was warm. And tank water - so you have to boil...

(Literally a short 7 min walk down to main beach)A wonderful garden full of natives, many of which were in full flower, with perfectly situated seating spots hidden in nice shaded areas. "Nice touches at this property. Dogs catered for with some food and bowls. Some kids activities. Lots of extras in kitchen eg, coffee tea sugar and more. Nice location, car recommended but can walk to the water. Good amenities, comfy beds. Quiet area. Will return."

"Wonderful water front home where you can easily sit back, relax and watch the bay all day. Or get active and see the wonderfully wild beaches like policeman’s point and deep creek, or go for a paddle up the river. Stunning! House has everything you need and great upstairs and downstairs zoning. Very family friendly!"

"Loved our stay at Moonrise! The house is well setup with one of the most comfortable beds we have experienced. You could sit and watch the view all day, with its ever-changing colours. The shower is top class. The house has block out blinds, which are important in summer. The flyscreen doors lets a cool cross-breeze in. The included Nespresso machine gets a tick from us.
