"The location is relatively close to the capital about 10minutes if you are a extra cautious driver like me. The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful area with a river in the back and the most beautiful view of the mountains. "We stayed at Ryan's property for 3 weeks while we explored beautiful Dominica. The place was very clean and well maintained. Check in was super easy and everything worked. The wifi was excellent. The apartment was quite comfortable with a sizeable deck overlooking Portsmouth Harbour and Cabrits National Park. Guadeluope is also visible in the distance. It's a little bit of a climb from the main road but the view is spectacular and definitely worth it. We would stay there again for sure."

"There was a little snafu when we checked in, as they weren't aware we'd made a booking, but the host was able to quickly got the place ready for us once we got in touch. The apartment is no frills, but it is spacious and has pretty much anything you need for self catering. It's in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient (with a car) to both Roseau and local attractions such as Titou Gorge, Wotten Waven hot springs, Trafalgar Falls, and local adventure companies. We had a great time!"

"The house is new and very clean. Ideally located near Mero and between Portsmouth and Roseau. We'll appointed kitchen. Lots of supplies (towels, kitchen stuff, bed linen, etc). Very quiet neighborhood with security cameras, lights and a steel gate entry for peace of mind. Owner was very responsive with query. Definitely the best place to stay in Dominica so far."

"This is our second time staying at Balisier, and as usual we had a fantastic stay. The property was clean, very well kept just as the picture and truly a home from home vacation spot. Ryan is a very good host anything we needed he was on the other end of the phone and arranging it, we lacked nothing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for quality accommodation and a fantastic location in Picard, Portsmouth. Keep up the good work Ryan we will be back."
