If we had needed to, the Hotel was happy to keep it safe for us until we had it collected days later. Restaurant food was outstanding, starter was the best I have eaten this Holiday. "After initial booking, don't expect much more help from the booking agency. And if French is not your spoken language, hire or ask a french speaking friend to help with booking the vendors. The recommended caterers are ok. Book the times 30 minutes earlier to ensure it's on time. And make sure ALL details are in writing and explored, or you may be disappointed."

"After I checked in at night I found the wifi didn't work. There was no one at the reception to help me. The next morning I whent to the reception again to ask about the wifi. The clerk signaled she did not understand English. She miraculously learned English instantly when she asked me to pay a € 1.76 fee. I had just arrived from Holland where the 1 cent coins don't circulate anymore so I gave he € 1.75. She refused to accept it withe the 1 cent missing so I gave her €1.80. She got angry when I asked for my change. "

"Great location for access to Saint Mathieu and the lake. Good sized bedrooms, plenty of decent crockery, etc. No frills but adequately met our needs. As we were only a couple we were paying a premium, better value for a family. Gardens surrounded the property with plenty of choice of seating, weather permitting."
