"We really enjoyed our 10 day stay, beds were comfortable and everything was clean, the pool was fantastic with an amazing view. Lots of space for two couples to relax and unwind yet within an hour of all the major towns and attractions. Jurgen was responsive to our needs and even helped us with the pizza oven. "Wir waren zwei Wochen zu dritt hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Drei große, schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, drei voll-ausgestattete Bäder und eine sehr große, überdachte Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht nach Süden. Sehr ruhig gelegen, kein Verkehr, keine lauten Nachbarn. Mit dem netten Verwalter vor Ort hatten wir wenig Kontakt (spricht nur Italienisch), es gab aber auch keine Probleme zu klären. Übergabe völlig unkompliziert. Perfekt."

"We loved our stay in the villa. The location felt rural enough but was also only a 10 minute walk into town (it’s a bit steep though) where there were some great bars, restaurants and a little shop. The pool has a great view and there is plenty of land (including an onsite vineyard). We had some challenges finding the villa by car due to some roadworks and the person who met us did not speak any English (we don’t speak any Italian), however a call to the property managing agent sorted this out....

"We had a fabulous stay in this Italian house in Toscany. Rooms are big, every room has his own bathroom. The swimming pool is clean and there are enough seats. There is a nice terrace for the ones who wants to stay in the shadow. The beds are great. The nice little village has 2 good restaurants where we had great nights out and is only 5 minutes away by car. Sienna is only 1h15 away. A nice lake at only 30 minutes! The only - point I can give is the kitchen which in our opinion hadn't enough...

"Beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Very central - so close to Il Campo and the Duomo and restaurants and cafes. Great communications. Good facilities. Fab air conditioning which we really needed. Only issue was the back shower which trickled from the top shower but the other shower was decent. We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Nannini and look forward to returning. Highly recommend."

"The setting in the Tuscan countryside was amazing. A very charming historic Farmhouse. The hosts were so kind and charming. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....
