"The room was clean, however the bathroom fixtures need some work. Poor water pressure at the sink and the shower was almost impossible to turn on. Also, it took forever to get got water. The general areas such as lobby need updating. Carpet on stairs was in need of a good cleaning The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. "

"Our room was clean. The housekeeping service was fantastic. Quiet for being on a busy road. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately our hallway always smelled like marijuana due to other guests."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the food at Ocean Hai and the lobby bar was excellent. Loved the Key Lime Pie and Alyssa made perfect drinks. Very consistent."
