"Throughly enjoyed my stay at Europa apartments. The apartment was spacious, clean and well looked after. The apartment isn’t centrally located, but isn’t too far away via a 4 minute train ride and a 10 minute metro ride. Communication before my stay was excellent. I chose the self check-in option, just in case our flight was delayed, and didn’t experience any issues with the app not working etc. On the topic of communication, Luis was very helpful. "We were four people in the two bedroom apartment. There was only one coach were two people could sit and the other chairs in the apartment we’re not comfortable. The living room needs another coach or at least two very comfortable chairs. There was also an odour sometimes smelled like sewer. But the apartment was very clean and very cute otherwise. The staff was very, very helpful and friendly. "

"To check in you have to go to the management office which is 15 min away by taxi!! They wouldn't allow more than 5 people that has space for 6. Location was great."

Minuses: could have used instructions on how to use microwave and laundry; laundry was only a washer, not washer-dryer combo; check-in instructions rather confusion so be sure to email property for clarification.
