"This home was well maintained and spotless - the pool was lovely and the kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space! Short walk to both beach and Kalamata city center on a quiet street with plenty of parking - a car is a must in Kalamata to really explore! While there is air conditioning, it is limited to 24c (75 degrees) and gets quite warm at night. "We really enjoyed the house and the property however there were a few things that I don't like about how the property is advertised. This was a beutiful three bedroom 1.5 bath house in the outskirts of Petalidi. Only minor inconvenience we had during our stay is that the kitchen has a lot of ants and we had to store our food either in the fridge or containers otherwise ants would gain access to it. "I was not well at the time so my view may be a bit muted. Also, the weather was mixed....as it has been over Europe in this hottest summer ever. The pool and area was lovely with seating in shade available wherever the sun was during the day. The rooms were clean and neat with nothing more we could have wanted.
