"This property needs a severe overhaul. Everything is old and dirty. Kitchen cupboards are falling apart, bathroom is the worst I have ever been in. Shower small, toilet seat old and a hole in it, actual toilet dirty and stained....horible. We were supposed to be there for 5 nights, lucky we got delayed a night and then friends were leaving early from their accommodation and let us stay there. This place could be amazing if some time and money was spent on it. Definitely not worth what we paid....

"The Bay Pearl has just been renovated and has a great location for a family holiday. It's close to the shops and tavernas of Agia Efimia as well as some great beaches in Kefalonia. The host mentioned in an early communication that they wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible and we've come away knowing this was not an empty promise.
