Charming loft apartment, on the 1st floor without elevator, located in the historic heart of the old town, at the foot of the castle, in a 17th century building. Classified 4 stars by the Haute-Savoie tourist office (Udotsi 74).
You will enjoy the canals, the lake, restaurants specializing in Savoy and gastronomy, shops and the market in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen overlooking the small interior courtyard with garden furniture. One bedroom with double bed, bath and sink and a separate toilet.

Location is everything! And this was great. Right in the heart of old town! Convenient parking garage to not worry about your car while you enjoy leisurely discovering Annecy’s charm. Apartment well equipped and great vibe. A bit unsure when I first spied the shower but it actually was great!! This apartment will not disappoint!

Lovely Stay in Beautiful Annecy
We had a lovely stay of 9 nights in this beautiful property. It is right in the heart of old town and very convenient for us with the car parked only about 100m away. We visited all that Annecy and the area had to offer and then came back to this lovely haven of tranquility to relax. This location provides a very nice comfortable accomodation with very modern amenities. We really enjoyed the beautiful inside and we where right in the middle of the action in Annecy. There is not a better location to be in Annecy than here in the old town. Our hosts were immediately responsive to questions about everything. At this location we felt like the cool kids in the place to be. Thank you very much for a great stay!

Lovely stay in Annecy
We stayed for three nights in this very Instagram worthy apartment. So many cute bits of decor throughout, and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Walked out the door and right into the Tuesday market where we purchased food for dinner that night. Although we had two days of drizzle we walked all around the village menu reading and around the lake for photos. The check in instructions are very precise and we had no issues navigating from the train station only a 6 minute walk. A prefect place to stay in Annecy.

Nice little apartment right in the heart of beautiful Annecy! Secure parking close by is a plus. Apartment is small but perfectly appointed for a couple. Very nice upgraded kitchen (small fridge) and the little courtyard let’s in a lot of light and air. Wonderful host who greeted us when I stupidly could it figure out how to get the key out of the door (it comes out sideways vs straight up and down ;-) Annecy itself is a gem - will return,,,

Wonderful Time in Annecy
It is a modern apartment with decorative touches that reflect the historic building it is in. With its two feet thick stone walls and being at the back of the building, it is very quite even though it is in the heart of old town Annecy.
