Our apartment (recently renamed O'Canal) has been completely redesigned and refurbished with high quality materials for up to 6 people on 55 m2. Parquet solid oak, exposed stone, wood paneling, old wood from the region, cement tiles old ... now make up this charming apartment.

It is ideally located in the heart of the historic city in the old town and 50 meters from the lake.
The entrance is on the famous Notre Dame, recently paved and pedestrianized.
Enjoy the close of the market (Tuesday, Friday and Sunday), shopping streets with the restaurants, stroll Pâquier, the Gardens of Europe, the bike path, beaches etc ... all within 5 minutes market.

Located on the 1st floor of an old house very atypical of Annecy, the apartment is exposed southeast.
A large wooden gallery of more than 12 meters above the canal with large windows, making it a unique property.

Upon entering the apartment you will love this gallery redesigned in a beautiful modern kitchen with interconnecting dining area that allows you to enjoy the sunshine and outdoor entertainment with the channel that flows under your feet .

flat screen 108 cm, sound bar Bose Bluetooth, Internet Fibre very high speed, SFR Box etc ....
And on the gallery, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, built multifunction oven, induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, built in dishwasher, fondue set, scraper etc ...

Welcome and availability of a person permanently. For your car, the first underground car park of the town hall is 50 meters. Outdoor spaces are available in the district with a little patience and a few euros a day. Otherwise we recommend you leave your car in the area of ​​Vovray Highway exit south Annecy (unlimited free parking). Then take the bus 7 or 4 to take you 3-4 stops at the train station (8-10 minutes walk from the apartment)

Charming, clean, great location
Fantastic little spot in the heart of Old Town Annecy. We walked to everything we needed (including the train station) and rented bikes to tour around the lake and paddle boats for boating/swimming. The place is lovely. Highly recommend. Only downside is that it gets pretty warm on hot days. There are fans for every room, which helps.

Excellent location, remodeled very cute, charming near stream. But, very tight for family of 4 with luggage. 4 towels for family of four for one week? Please provide lots of extra towels for guests staying a long time. Bathroom drain backed up. Other than that, great property!

A lovely, well situated apartment in Annecy
The apartment was lovely, with no major issues during our stay. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good and water was very hot. The apartment is very well situated, a short walk from multiple restaurants, cafes, the Monoprix shop, the lake and the train station. We would have no hesitation recommending that someone stay there. We only have a few minor observations for the host: 1) There are no chopping boards in the apartment, which makes it a bit harder to prepare food. 2) You advertise that there is a nespresso machine in the apartment; it would be nice if there were a few capsules for the use of guests to tide them over until they can get to a shop. 3) We messaged quite a long time before coming regarding the use of a cot, but received no reply about it. Fortunately you were able to provide one, but it would have been nice to know in advance for peace of mind.

This apartment is exceptional. Location, style, functionality, cleanliness. There were many tourists taking photos of this apartment because it’s so special. On the canal in the front and center of town in the back. Close to beach also. I can’t say enough. Had access to bikes and loved the character of the apartment and building yet modern inside while maintaining the character. We will be back. Amazing place to stay.

Great location on the canal, super close to groceries, near bakeries, ice cream shops, restaurants, and shopping. The house is very well supplied with all of the dishes, utensils, and appliances you need. We also met the owner who was very kind and helpful. We had a great time. Note that you are not supposed to swim in the canals but putting your feet in is fine (as far as I could tell) and you are only supposed to swim in certain areas of the lake.

Charming apartment in Annecy
Spent a wonderful week at this apartment. Loved the location, close to everything. You do have to pay for parking, which, depending on what is happening in the city that day, can be difficult to find. Also, because it is close to the canal where people tend to hang out at night, it can be noisy. You also will need to bring your own kitchen soap, dishwasher soap (there was none for us to use), toilet paper (there was only one small roll for 5 people for a week) and shampoo. But the apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, so charming, and in the best location. We loved it. Would recommend without hesitation.

Annecy is an amazing place. We really enjoyed the modern comforts of this apartment for our family of 5. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed. Walking distance from train and very close to lake. Wonderful place.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!
We were greeted by Moussa, who works downstairs at the kebab shop. Situated in a historic building, the apartment is brand new inside (I believe we were some of the first people to stay here). The furnishings were top notch and very stylish, exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is probably best situated for a small family as the bunk room adjoins the master bedroom (there is a door) but there is also a sleeper sofa and the living space would accommodate up to 6. We spent most of our time at the dining room table watching the other tourists take pictures of the building and canal below us. The apartment doesn't have a/c, which probably isn't needed, however we were there during a brief (and apparently unusual) heat wave, a quick text to the owners and Moussa was there with a new fan! The fan helped and Annecy returned to it's standard cooler weather our last two days. Some city and building noise with the widows open but that's the trade off for a central location. Noises subsided with the windows closed but we kept the galley windows open to hear the canal water rushing by!

Bel appartement original bien situé dans l'hypercentre et meublé avec gout. Nous étions 4 adultes et un chien à l'aise malgré la surface moyenne car l'appartement est très bien agencé. Tous commerces au pied de l'immeuble. Parking pratique à l'hôtel de ville à 5 minutes à pied. Quelques équipements à réparer et à compléter (verres, carafe à eau...) mais pas gênant au final.

l'appartement est bien agencé et décoré. l'emplacement est central. l'appartement a besoin d'un bon nettoyage et certains équipements sont fatigués, l'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas, la poche / les étagères de la porte du réfrigérateur, le lave-vaisselle ne programme pas comme dans les instructions - mais fonctionne. un rafraîchissement, et ce sera merveilleux comme dans les critiques précédentes
