"My wife, dog, and I spent a month in this apartment from early January to early February. The property is about 2 years old and in a transitioning, but already very comfortable, neighborhood. This apartment is on the top floor of the 7 story building and has great balconies (covered in snow most our trip). "This was an outstanding apartment inside and out. Inside it was very spacious with high ceilings which was quiet, clean and cozy. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. The view was spectacular across the water and ever changing with the great tides and cloud formations (we also got Fall colors.) "The place is cozy but perfect for a weekend in Halifax. Within walking distance of everything you need to see on a 2 or 3 day trip. Place could have been a bit cleaner and had a few more towels. Thanks for a great weekend!"

"Very easy to get to the highway to explore the south shore or HRM. Nice to have a separate space from the hosts. Hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Loved the dishwasher! Consider bringing slippers as the floors get cold - not a big deal! The views from this second story are worth it!"

"We needed an accessible place to stay with (walker not wheelchair) family for a short visit to Halifax. The condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable.
