Welcome to this stunning home in downtown Annapolis with all the things you will ever need: parking for 2 cars (1 on-site in garage, 1 in off-site garage (May-Jan only) - with free street parking on the weekends), private back patio, water views, pet-friendly, gourmet kitchen, walk to downtown or city water Taxi (water access is located at the end of the block), fireplace, electric car charger and the list goes on and on. Planning a family trip to Annapolis, dream away On Cloud 9!

The professionally-decorated home has 4 floors of living, dining, entertaining and relaxing spaces. The main floor's family room has a gas fireplace (remote-operational), flatscreen TV and beverage fridge and opens to a sun room with a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining room and kitchen overlook the private fenced-in furnished back patio with a fire pit and gas grill. Head upstairs to the 2nd floor's 2 bedrooms, shared full bath and office space. Escape to the 3rd floor suite with its large King bed, furnished sitting room with a daybed, private balcony, coffee bar and mini-fridge. There is an en-suite private full bath with a hotel-grade stand-up shower and a dual vanity.

Head down to the kid-friendly lower-level den with a full bath and another sleeper sofa. The home has plenty of games, high chairs, pack-n-play and kids' dinnerware in the kitchen. There are also plenty of device chargers located throughout the home. Arriving by electric car? The owner has even installed a car charger in the garage for you to power up!

Wonderful accommodations in Annapolis. Close to downtown, but located on a quiet street close to the water. This house was perfect for my family getaway. Everything was as advertised and would definitely recommend booking to anyone looking for a place in Annapolis.

This is a very nice place to stay. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable. Easy to get in/out of, during the boat shows it is steps from a water taxi stop. Neighborhood seems very safe and friendly.

Property is lovely. Plenty of room for 8 adults. It is well-stocked and nicely furnished. The patio is very cute and has plenty of seating. It is an easy walk to downtown, and the water taxi is a great option. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. When I had a few questions, the property manager was quick to respond with helpful info. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location on a quiet street. 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Bonus water taxi stop at the end of the street. The home was clean, comfortable, and charming. Perfect place to stay when visiting Annapolis!

Great location for Navy games and downtown
The house is perfectly situated to walk to Navy football games, the bars on West Street, and the water taxi stop to go downtown is right at the end of the street. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen and backyard are perfectly sized for socializing.

Fantastic location!
Couldn’t have been in a better location. We walked into town for shopping and dining most days, but took the water taxi for fun twice. (The dock was right at the end of the block!) quiet neighborhood and the house was lovely. We will definitely book again!

Great girls weekend
6 of us in our 30’s/40’s loved our stay here! Very clean and plenty of space for all. It was a cold weekend so we didn’t utilize the outdoor space but we loved the indoor gas fireplace. 10/10 would recommend. About a 10-15 minute walk to most places, or a short Uber ride.

Great Stay in Murray Hill Neighborhood!
We were visiting family in Annapolis and wanted to stay close to them in the Murray Hill neighborhood. The house was great! It was super clean and had everything that we could need. It even had a car charger for our Tesla which was a huge plus. We would absolutely rebook the next time we are in town!

On Cloud 9 is a modern and luxurious home close to all of the charm Annapolis has to offer! The home is updated, spacious, and welcoming! It has everything to make it feel like “home away from home.” We were spoiled by the Spa Creek views and even took a ride on the water taxi. Family Reunion
This is a fabulous house. We ended up using all the bedrooms and for a couple of nights the basement as a bedroom during our family reunion for a week. The space was clean, crazy close to a dock to pick up a water taxi, and spacious enough to comfortably fit our group. We would highly recommend it.

We had a great time celebrating our son who is a 2/C at the Academy. We took the water taxi into DTA one day but mostly walked everywhere. It was a bit of a walk to the stadium for the football game but not too bad. House was perfect for grilling and cooking for 8 adults. Beds were comfortable. The open floor plan made it easy to enjoy time together as a group. Great outdoor space. Beautiful home just like the pictures!

Amazing Stay!
The stay at On Cloud 9 was absolutely amazing! My husband and I met up with my brother’s family for a short getaway in Annapolis. Even though this home was newly listed and didn’t have any reviews, we took a chance and OMG did it pay off! The house was immaculate and really thoughtfully designed. My husband and I loved the Master Bedroom suite on the top floor. It has a nice room off the master where we would make coffee in the morning. My brother’s kids loved the bunk bed. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The home is on a quiet street which was perfect for us ( and was ½ a block from the water). We can’t wait to visit Annapolis again.

Perfect Annapolis Getaway!
We booked an Annapolis getaway with my wife's brother’s family. We had pretty high expectations for On Cloud 9 based on the few reviews that have been posted. Let me tell you that the other reviews are absolutely right. This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our families. Location was great. We could walk to downtown Annapolis, and could also see the water from the house. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen was definitely stocked with everything that you would need. I appreciated the small touches like charging stations and sound machines in the bedrooms. Most importantly, all of our kids had a blast. The older ones liked hanging out in the basement at night. Little ones loved the bunk bed room. Definitely would book again.
