This cabin is located on a peninsula between East and West Lake Sylvia, just a few mins from Annandale, MN and an hour West of the Twin Cities. Peninsula Cabin offers a quiet resolve from your busy life. The spacious patio off the living room is sure to be a well-used area for relaxing, grilling, and watching your family play games in the private open back yard. Our cleaning crew cleans and washes linens in between rentals.

Cozy cabin, beautiful view
We had a cozy, fun weekend relaxing and enjoying the view. The cabin had all that we needed for a girl's weekend away. Not too far from home, but far enough to get away. The beds were comfortable and the cabin is well equipped to make meals. We're so glad that we found this cabin to rent!

We loved this house. It was clean, welcoming, and definitely felt like a home away from home. The AC happened to die while we were there and Josh was extremely responsive and had the unit replaced within a day. I would highly recommend this property and Chartered Rentals.

Overall really good experience and would definitely go again. Some issues with hot water and pressure in one bath . Really impressed with all furniture stuff and spices that was stored for the guests and the thoughts behind that. Nice area also . Will go again

We had a great time! The lake was beautiful and the house location is perfect for sitting on the dock to watch the sunset. We rented a jet ski from the owners and they delivered/ picked up right at the dock! The convenience was amazing. We were there to enjoy the water. Tubing, wakeboarding, jet ski, fishing! There was a school of sunfish living under the dock so the kids loved feeding them crumbs and watching them in the water. Also I must add that the house felt much bigger than the pictures show. 10/10 for sure!

Restful-beautiful setting on the lake!
The property was very nice . The house was very clean and had ample supplies. Only complaint: Had to strip beds and do laundry in the basement!!!! There were steep steps and the laundry did not all fit in the small washer. Did two loads and had to leave before the laundry was done. Definitely not for anyone with disabilities.

Time together to share our love and pamper our mother. We smiled alot, we laughed alot, we told stories of our lives and enjoyed our mom. Extended family vacation!
We rented the lake home four us, our 2 kids, their spouses and 5 grandkids. The space was perfect! It was very well outfitted and had everything we could possibly need. It was so convenient to get to for the Twin Cities . I would highly recommend this property!

A wonderful cabin
We really enjoyed the Cabin stay. There were all the items we needed to cook our meals and a decent sized spice rack. There was even extra items like canned food, plastic bags, and aluminum foil. Thanks for the logging, we would rent again.

The property manager is really great to work with! The lake house is super cute and clean on a beautiful peninsula with very friendly neighbors. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Peninsula
Love this cute little cabin on lake Sylvia ! Caught some very nice fish while ice fishing and the cabin was nice and clean. Cant wait to come back again. The drive on the sylvia peninsula is so beautiful all year around, such a nice area to go for a run or walk.
