"Beautiful property and lovely host! The only thing wrong was that we only stayed two nights. Would have loved to have taken the baking class offered. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind this is the place! And the breakfast was incredible! "

"The location is very nice, next to the beach. There is quite a lot of traffic during the day which is an issue since the road is right next to the house and the insulation is quite poor. It took a while to figure out things like wifi, using the shower, how the central heating works etc because sadly there were no instructions. Some of the towels were very dirty. Also there was no soap, shampoo or hand wash. Outside the kitchen door there was a broken piece of plastic which made a lot of noise...

"Clean and spacious apartment, too far from city centre, beds are very uncomfortable. Doors entrance code was given wrong on the email so we spent more than 20 min outside while someone let us in, because nobody answered the number that was given as an emergency after hours contact. "Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel was a dream stay! For starters the parking lot is extremely big, and has ample space for parking. Then on to the interior which was beautifully decorated. The concierge was welcoming, friendly and informative. The hotel rooms were extremely spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. The restaurant was high quality and high class. The pool was the perfect temperature and very big. We enjoyed everything about our stay!!! It definitely felt like home away from home. The little center of Dalkey, nearby, had everything you need, from a small grocery to some great restaurants. Try DeVille’s and the Coliemore, you won’t be disappointed. If I only had one negative comment, it was a bit of a drive from Dublin city center and due to speed bumps in the area you had to drive slower. We did a lot in Dublin, so make sure you leave with ample time to get there. I must say though, this can also be a positive for those looking to rest and relax. It was a very safe and quiet area. Would definitely recommend. "
