Apartment with terrace in Salzburg

Situated on a samll hill in Annaberg-Lungötz, this apartment has beautiful view of the village and has 3 bedrooms hosting 8 people. It is perfect for families iwth children or a group to stay. There is a terrace, barbecue, and electric heating to enjoy.

Ski areas of Dachstein- West is very near to the home. The surroundings are ideal to explore by walks. The forest at 0.2 km is an ideal spot to explore nature. The public swimming pool at 0.5 km and the lake at 5 km give you opportunity for a swim. Your daily groceries can be bought from supermarket at 0.2 km and the restaurants at 0.5 km gives great food.

The house with electric heating and wood stove in the living room keeps you cozy always. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms guarentee a pleasant stay. Children's bed and high chair are provided for added comfort. Evenings are fun with a barbecue on the terrace. Safe parking is also available.

The airport at 70 km and public transport at 0.5 km give good connectivity.

De vakantiewoning ligt in een prachtige omgeving. De woning zelf is qua inrichting behoorlijk gedateerd. Een facelift is wel op z'n plaats. Doordat veel donkerbruin gekleurd is, oogt het binnen donker, waardoor je de neiging hebt om voortdurend het licht aan te doen. Maar in het huis was alles aanwezig en ook de bedden waren prima, daarover niets te klagen. Het balkon is heerlijk. Je kijkt vanaf het balkon uit over het dal, de bergen en het dorp. In de beschrijving op de site van Belvilla stond dat er op 200 m een levensmiddelenwinkel is. Deze winkel blijkt al meer dan een jaar gesloten te zijn. Dat mag dus wel in de beschrijving aangepast worden. In Lungötz zelf zijn dus geen voorzieningen. Daarvoor moet je dus eerst een aantal kilometers rijden naar St. Martin of Annaberg. Een dorp met echt wat meer winkels vind je pas op een 15 km afstand (Abtenau). Je zit dus erg afgelegen. Neemt niet weg dat we ons prima hebben vermaakt, want de omgeving biedt qua schoonheid genoeg. De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Groot nadeel is dat achter de woning een grote fabriek staat waar altijd wel geluid vandaan komt. En op zeer korte afstand staat een kerk die je 's ochtends om 6.00 uur al wekt door het meer dan 100 keer slaan van de klok. Voor de omgeving komen we zeker nog eens terug, maar of dit dan deze woning of Lungötz wordt is voor ons zeker de vraag.

Arrival at the property went very smoothly and we were very happy with the accommodation. It's a convenient location for a number of ski areas. The local ski shop did an excellent job of servicing our skis. The village has a bank, supermarket and a pub. It is served by regular ski buses.

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen op kerstavond. Het was er heerlijk warm. Voor elk kind lag er een knuffeltje op bed en een zakje snoepjes. Verder waren er gezellig kaarsjes en kerstverlichting neergezet. Een grote mand met hout voor de kachel stond klaar voor gebruik! De accommodatie was zeer schoon, alles wat we nodig hadden aanwezig. De waterkoker zorgde voor stroomuitval De volgende dag stond er een nieuwe waterkoker. We hebben heerlijk kunnen skiën in een prachtige omgeving. Het is jammer weer thuis te zijn!

Ruim appartement op de eerste verdieping bij gastvrije mensen die zelf beneden wonen. Appartement is superschoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Grote keuken, enigzins gedateerd qua uitstraling, maar met alle benodigdheden zoals vaatwasser, grote oven, magnetron, koelkast, vriezer op de gang. Balkon, ontbijt in de zon, gebruik mogen maken van stuk tuin met bbq mogelijkheid, de tuin ligt niet op de zon. Eigenaren zeer behulpzaam bij alles. Supermarktje in het dorp zelf, natuurzwembad op loopafstand. Enige nadeel is houtverwerkingsbedrijf direct achter het huis, waardoor er altijd een ventilator te horen is, maar voor ons heeft dat niet een probleem opgeleverd. Omgeving is schitterend, veel te doen, wandelen, fietsen, paardrijden. Grote supermarkt op 15 km afstand. Voor de winter een prima uitvalsbasis om te skien in Flachau of Dachstein- west, of een combi van de twee.

Met behulp van Belvilla heb ik dit huisje gekozen. Ik mocht namelijk niet hoger dan 800 a 1000 meter zitten. Dit huisje is zeer aan te raden bij andere want het is schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig heb. De mensen die dit huisje verhuurd zijn zeer attent en vriendelijk.

Voor ons als gezin een geweldige locatie! Mooie ruige natuur! Lammertal en Neubach tal. Weinig tourisme! Prima huis met voldoende ruimte en mogelijkheden. Gastheer en vrouw zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Twee weken schitterend weer (27 graden +) en gratis naar het waldbad op loopafstand. Of te wel een super vakantie sinds tijden!

Wir haben in diesem Haus einen schönen 1-wöchigen Urlaub über Silvester gehabt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben sehr gerne Auskunft zu jedwelchen Fragen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Hier kann man gerne nochmal Urlaub machen.

Unser Urlaub in dieser großzügigen Ferienwohnung war super angenehm. Es war für uns alle (4 Erwachsene und ein Kind) ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Vor allem die große Küche mit ihren vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten kam bei uns gut an. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und größtenteils modern eingerichtet. Der Stellplatz unter dem vorhandenen Carport war ein weiterer angenehmer Pluspunkt. Die Umgebung ist für Wanderer und Skifahrer genauso einladend wie für all diejenigen, die einfach mal ausspannen wollen. Alles in allem werden wir wohl einen der kommenden Österreich-Urlaube wieder hier verbringen.

We were skiing in the nearby ski areal (about 5 minutes by car). We had a problem with e-mail comunication with owner, e-mail did not work. We prefered our own bed linen (it is in offer), but we were surprised that this possibility was not allowed and we paid next money. The house is right next to the wood factory and the church (the bell ringing every morning at six a.m.). Only one parking place, another is about 80 meters from the house. We had enough privacy.
