I do not have stayed at this hotel. But I had an reservation for my friends. They said to me that location, service management of this hotel disappointed them impressively! Photos seemed to be good and romantic to me.... I was so disappointed....

J'ai réservé une suite soit disant on ma donné une chambre il yavait qun lit et pour mes enfants on ma passé un.matelas lol bref etat la chambre bof pas nettoyé toilette cuvette détaché salle plein deau parterre, salle de bain salle serviette avec taches dessus, balcon salle. En conclusion, c'était salle.

Choose another hotel in Annaba, never ever Mimosa
A quite badly furnished hotel on the southern outskirts of Annaba, very ugly zone. Nothing interesting (also no restaurants) around, quite far from the centre (especially with traffic). Bad service, since nobody wants to work. Breakfast extremely poor (bread, butter, confiture, coffee. Eggs only, if the hotel stuff has left some over or they haven't been stored by other guests, who don't consume them there). Staff smokes everywhere despite ubiquitous "defense fumer" panels. Rooms are not clean, I tested 4, no one had closable doors to/from the balcony. Bath tubs are disgusting, carpets all over very ugly and dirty. Almost every night a wedding until 24.00 (and later), and if not, the neighbors make party next door. The worst thing is the mosquito problem - they offer you already anti-mosquito-plugs at the entry (even in November, when I was there). If you should come anyway, be equipped with ear protection, lots of anti-mosquito-equipment and patience - every demand takes at least half an hour, even the bill. Definitely not to be recommended.

très bon hôtel
C'est mon deuxième séjour que j'ai passé dans cet hôtel . Ce qui m'à séduit le plus , c'est qu'il est à proximité de l'aéroport. Le personnel était très accueillant et agréable. Les chambres sont propres et on s'y sent à l'aise même si elles sont un peu froides. Le petit déjeuner est assez correct.
