This exceptional custom-built 4 Bedroom 3-bathroom house makes it easy to perfect the art of vacationing. This property is located West of Gulf Drive, on beautiful Park Avenue, which puts you close to everything the north end of the island has to offer.
This "Beach Block" property is near Pine Avenue where you will find small locally owned coffee shops, restaurants, and clothing boutiques. The City Pier are also right near you. West O'Gulf has all the charm you would expect from staying at a Salty Mermaid vacation rental. On the first floor, you will find the spacious main living area which offers a separate dining room great for entertaining family and friends after a long day at the beach. Directly connected to the living room is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for all your cooking needs, along with two guest bedrooms with a full bath and a lovely covered porch accessed by French doors from the great room. The top floor features a guest bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed with twin trundle underneath and the spacious master suite with a spa bath, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The Pool area is surrounded by professional lush landscaping for your privacy. The heated pool is half-covered to keep cool from the Florida sun during the summer months. Light up the gas grill for a bar-b-que with family as you relax in your own private tropical oasis. Just off the Pool area, the garage has been converted into a Hang out room with a Flat Screen TV and Ping Pong table for your enjoyment! West O' Gulf offers all the goodies to make sure your vacation doesn't skip a beat. There are no streets to cross and direct beach access to stroll the beach for morning walks and gorgeous Gulf sunsets! The purpose of these alarms is to alert an adult if a child walks out to a pool area unattended. These alarms typically have a bypass button that allows the door to be opened for 7 seconds before the alarm goes off. These alarms must not be removed or tampered with in any way. Any evidence of tampering or damage to pool alarms will be billed to the credit card on file for the reservation.* *Dogs 25lbs or less are allowed after a $250 + Tax Pet fee per pet is paid, this fee is collected separately after booking. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.* *There is No Elevator in this home* *Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree.
