Location!!! North end of Anna Maria Island . Steps to the Bean Point Beach and everything you need for your perfect Anna Maria Vacation. The Duplexes consists of four units surrounding a free style heated pool. Rent one unit or all. Perfect for a group of extended family and friends who want their own place but still be right together as a group. Heated inground pool, steps to the Bean Point Beach. Parking is right at the front of the property and is limited to two cars. The unit features a private patio area and outdoor shower. Gas grill available by the poo area. This unit has a king , 2 twin beds. Wifi internet, TV's in all rooms.

Low traffic area makes it safe to use the bicycles to get around. Easily travel across the island on the free trolley, which runs every 20 mins and has many stops around the island. There are many places who offer bikes and golf carts for rent in the island . There are many restaurants, small shops and Publix supermarket all with in 10 min max driving and reachable by bikes and golf carts.

Well appointed, beautifully decorated
We enjoyed staying at this location on AMI. Had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, beach caddy and umbrellas. A little further walk unto the beach than I wanted but this area of the beach was much less crowded than others. Hosts were very responsive.

What spring break crowd?
The house being located on the north side of Ann Marie Island made the trip so very enjoyable. We could take the golf cart to the hustle and bustle if we wanted to or just walk to the beach for complete relaxation with a lot less people we will be staying at this location on a future date thank you so much

Fantastic place, 5min from multiple beach accesses.
This property is fantastic, they offer chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, cart to carry everything to the beach, the pool is shared with 3 other homes, but is very private and well maintained. The two items they could improve are the check-in and check-out time, changing from 4pm and 10am respectively, to 2pm and 12pm, and could definitely install darker blackout curtains, especially in the master bed.

Good Grief healing
What a place to meet my best friend to share the good things as we both grieve the recent loss of our moms. A place to unwind feel at home find peace serenity and tranquility. When your heart is broken and you need a worry-free place to find a bridge from the you you have always been to the new you that grief has forced you into….this is the place to stay. Whether it’s a quiet time poolside or a quick walk to the beach the location is fantastic. Highly recommend

Awesome Property
This property was situated perfectly in the Bean Point area of AMI. A 5-10 minute walk to the beach and very close to great shops and restaurants. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities that you could possibly need. The unit was very large and very beautifully decorated. Highly recommended! Rasa is the perfect host and is always readily available to answer any questions on the VRBO app.

Great family trip!
We were traveling as a little family of 4 - 2 parents and 2 small kids (4 & 6 yos) and this was the perfect spot for us. We had separate bedrooms for kids and adults, lots of space to spread out and relax, great heated pool. Everything needed for a relaxing holiday :) Rasa was extremely easy to communicate with and happy to give advice when asked about supplies needed for the week. She eagerly lent us a beach wagon to haul our stuff. We were super pleased with the stay all around!

Wonderful property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as described and perfect for my family of three. It was very clean and well maintained! We do wish the main bedroom had a king sized bed, but in the end all of the other amenities out weighed that. We swam in the pool every morning then walked to the beach in the afternoon. It was nice having the beach access so close as we would leave for dinner and then come back for sunset. We were able to walk to dinner every night (my 6 year old rode his scooter as most places were a 15ish minute walk). Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our week at this spacious, immaculate, well-outfitted unit in a quiet section of Anna Maria Island. Our hosts were welcoming and responsive. The lighting placement, kitchen utensils, electrical outlets, wifi information, showers and towels, laundry, heated pool, comfortable beds, abundant clothes hangers, beach gear, inviting seating arrangements and soothing decor all show great sensitivity to the needs of their guests. The beach was a brief and easy walk, and each sunset was a unique spectacle. We recommend it!!

This was our first time on Anna Maria Island. Rasa, the property manager, was quick to answer any questions I had. This property is so spacious, extremely clean and so comfortable, wonderful covered porch to relax on. Quiet location, and a perfect location which is close to shops, restaurants and the best beach, Bean Point Beach. Absolutely no complaints with this rental- I would stay here again hands down. I loved how we had the option to rent a golf cart from the owner and how she provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler for us.

Very Clean, Comfortable, and Great Central Location
This was our first time staying on the north end of the island. Great central location close to dining, shops, bay, and beach. The property was very clean, updated, and had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, blender, and the hosts even allowed us to borrow their personal shade canopy when I mentioned that one of our daughters is very sensitive to the sun. We also rented their very nice golf cart which is a great option to have. Both showers in the unit are great!! We made frequent use of the pool which is small but very clean and comfortable. Rasa and Remi went above and beyond to make our stay a great one and we would definitely rent from them again!

Wonderful trip!
We just got back from our trip to Anna Maria Island. This vacation rental is exactly as advertised. It was clean, bright and cheery! This unit is larger than we imagined. The beach is a short walk. So nice to have beach towels, chairs etc to use instead of having to pack those things. Rasa was quick to respond to any questions! We met her briefly, she was very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

Gorgeous top floor unit in beautiful neighbourhood
If you want to make sure you'll have the perfect place to stay to match the dreaminess of Anna Maria Island, book this listing. Here's why: Location - walk to the bay for sunrises and a park, plus fabulous kayaking. Or walk to Bean Point for one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen for powdery white sand, glorious sunsets, and daily dolphin sightings. Stroll, bike or drive to Pine Ave for delicious food, coffee, treats and top notch shopping. Spacious comfort: Large bedrooms, designer bathrooms, a full kitchen and room for everyone, plus outdoor spaces galore. Not to mention, the softest, cleanest carpet you will ever encounter, and clean as a whistle, as well. Amazing communication: Completely stress free. Loved this darling designer unit and can't wait to return!
