Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5 are tastefully furnished with king-size beds, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers. Additionally, there's a bathroom with a shower and tub combo off the third-level living room. The den features a queen sleeper sofa.

Amazing Birthday Getaway
Group of 10 women, celebrating 50th birthday. Everyone gushed on this property. Had lots of room, pool was fab. Easy walking distance to the gulf and restaurants. Local eateries were outstanding. Thank you for making this a memorable trip. Looking to book for next May.

The entire experience was beyond 5 Star service. The home was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The pictures online are great but the home in real life is even better. We couldn’t have had a better weekend or experience anywhere else. Highly recommend this rental and the management co.

Celebrating 30
This trip was to celebrate turning 30 for my daughter and her friend. We were a group of 5 total. We were supposed to be 8 which is why we went with this location. The house is beautiful. The location is perfect for walking to the beach. Bortell's bar is just like 3 houses up the street. Pine Ave is 1 block over to get coffee, donuts or shopping. The only complaint and it isn't really a "complaint" is the security alarm on the basement doors when going out to the pool. You need to press a button before opening, or the very loud alarm goes off and you only have like 10 sec to get in and out before the alarm goes off while the door is still open. Other than that the house was wonderful. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful home!
We had an amazing week at this beach house. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and relaxing. So close to the beach, cute shopping and yummy restaurants. There was an issue with heating the hot tub but the property owners were very quick to respond and had the issue resolved immediately. House was well stocked with dishes, cooking supplies, towels and a very helpful beach cart. Check in and out was a breeze. Would highly recommend!!

This place was everything we needed and more ! The location was perfect , just a block from the beach and the house was amazing. We were 7, 5 adults and 2 kids ; the house was big enough that we all had our privacy . Check in process was very easy. We had an issue with the dishwasher but they sent someone right away to fix it. We will definitely be back ! Loved it

A beautiful property. There was 8 of us. The house allowed us to have social distancing from the outside during this period. The pool was great except the water was hot so we only would swim In it in the evening. The ocean was enjoyable and not that crowded.

It was a BEAUTIFUL HOME!! It was decorated perfectly, very bright and beachy. Pool and hot tub was wonderful and just a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. My only complaint and no big deal not enough bath linens. Towels and washcloths. I brought extra anyway. Everything else was perfect!!! I hated to leave!!

The pictures online showed the place exactly as is. The house was great and the pool was wonderful. Overall the house was clean, but the floors (while looking clean) were not. Our feet were black after walking barefoot for a bit inside the house. One suggestion would be to put a half or full refrigerator on the pool level. A half bath would be nice too but not an easy add. We all loved the house and its location to walk to the beach and many cute food/drink spots. Would highly recommend the house and AMI!

Property was as listed. Very comfortable home and great location to beach and restaurants within short walk. Used the hot tub and pool slightly given coldest weather spell in years! Lol Could have used some laundry pods and maybe a couple extra sets of sheets for sleeper sofa, there were no extra sheets. Ice maker not great so we supplemented with couple bags of ice. Management responded immediately to any issues with front door auto lock codes. Overall, great house and great stay for everyone.

Fabulous family getaway
This home was spectacular. We were 8 adults and 4 children- an extended family. Everyone had plenty of space and the shared common area was well equipped and wonderfully designed. We enjoyed the pool daily and it was perfectly heated as advertised. The neighborhood was ideal: one could walk to many restaurants, breakfast options and ice cream parlors. The beach was a block away. Our one chilly day we enjoyed the free trolley to Bridge street and mini golf. The house has pool toys and games that the management company didn’t know about. We rented a crib, booster chairs and sand toys. Be sure to ask about that rental company. A completely positive experience, We’d return in a minute.

Spring break 2021
We had two adults and eight young people. The house is beautiful and looked to be well taken care of but there were some issues. When we arrived it seemed that the previous guest had done some damage around the pool and in the house. The lack of respect for someone’s property was sad. I made the management company aware and they were very responsive and friendly. They were also accommodating of our privacy and it was much appreciated. The location of the house is great! Our young adults could visit the local shops and the beach without worrying walking or taking bikes. The pool and hot tub are beautiful. All appliances were sized well for the many loads of dishes and towels. The electronics worked well with our personal streaming accounts. There are no music sources or speakers so bring your own. The island does have a noise ordnance so being at the pool after ten you will need to be quiet or you will be visited by the friendly police. I believe the property could have been cleaner but I do not blame the management company, coming after the damaging group I am sure they did the best they could. We would stay here again and we are planning on it. Thank you for having us!

Perfect stay on AMI
Such a perfect vacation! This home is amazing. Beautiful, large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, comfortable beds. The pool/hot tub were perfect for the group and the very short (1 block) walk to the beach was so easy for the kids. The provided beach cart and chairs were a fantastic addition. We often rent homes for our vacations and I will say, this was the best. I would love to stay again!

Dream House!
Everything you need and want and more! Our group of 11 ladies were completely comfortable in this spacious and stunning beach house. Two minute walk to the most beautiful beach, restaurants and shopping! AMI Locals management are an excellent company to work with. Great communication We will definitely be back.

A fabulous property. Very spacious and clean. The pool, putting green, ping pong table and foosball were a huge hit. The only drawback on the property is that there is no bathroom on the same level as the pool.

I never see before more beautiful place like this. House is so beautiful , big ,clean and fragrant. The kitchen area was amazing and very convenient I love it . We make you feel at home and not a stranger . People here are very friendly everywhere. The restaurant are close with amazing food and very good wine:) Thank you so much for nice time here. Also weather was perfect. But my best place was on the beach . Every evening I sit on the beach with glass of wine and look at the beauty. It's so nice and romantic to watch such a beautiful sunset.!
