We have designed this house to create the type of escape we all dream of, a space to make those timeless holiday memories with loved ones.

Reef is beautifully styled to ensure you step into holiday mode as soon as you step one foot inside the door.

The living, dining and kitchen wrap around the large saltwater pool, heated spa & deck all framed by floor to ceiling picture windows and sliding doors creating the perfect space for our guests to enjoy and keep watch over the kids in the pool.

POOL- Large, luxurious and private the ultimate pool to spend your summer days basking in the sun.

HOT SPA- Large saltwater spa that is so toasty heated up to 40 Degrees! perfect temperature all year round!

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need while on holiday whether making cocktails, cake or cooking up a feast. (Fridge with icemaker and filter water)

Upstairs consists of the generous sleeping quarters with 3 bedrooms designed for functionality of sharing this space with others. Main bathroom has a double shower and large bath, and down the hall is the separate water closet toilet and basin. The master bedroom with its own ensuite and walk in robe leading out on to a large balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the whales and dolphins pass by.

Laundry with Miele appliances, toilet and basin are also on ground level.

Ducted Aircon throughout, including in all bedrooms along with ceiling fans making for a very comfortable stay any time of year.

Reef is located 50m from the ocean and a short stroll to Worimi Conservation Lands (largest mobile sand dune in the southern hemisphere), Birubi Beach, cafes, camel rides and adventure tour operators and Anna Bay's brand-new skate park & playground.

3 Bedrooms Sleeping a Max 6 Adults, with the option to add 2 x single foldouts to accommodate 2 children.
Port a cot also available on request at no extra charge.

All linen is included.

Second BEDROOM -1x Queen Bed
Third BEDROOM - Twin long single beds (or can be made into 1x King bed)

(2x Single Foldaway beds for children option to have 1 in the master room and/or 1 in the third bedroom)

Please note this is a luxury home in a quiet residential area and by booking this property you agree to the full terms and conditions-
Strictly;
No Parties,
No functions/events/large gatherings,
No Schoolies
The responsible renter MUST be 25 years of age or over and anyone under 25 MUST be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
No loud late noise after 10pm
and the house MUST be looked after and left tidy.
Failure to adhere to our terms and house rules will result in large fees.

This property is managed locally with the manager living in Anna Bay, The manager will be available should you have any questions during your stay.

Good neighbour policy- quiet residential area noise must be turned down by 10pm
Parking- garage, driveway or on street in front of property (not on grass - sprinkler
system)
Pool- Please ensure the pool gate is always closed. Children must be under adult
supervision when in pool. Child responsibility is solely the parent/guardian's while
staying at or visiting Reef.
Parties, functions, weddings, schoolies, excess guest, poor behaviour, or late noise are
not permitted under any circumstance
No pets or animals
No glass in pool - plastic are provided in the kitchen for this reason
No stilettos on deck/stairs as they will dent the flooring
No smoking in or on the property including pool area or garage - we do have smoke
detectors throughout the property and a fee will be issued if smoking is registered.
No BYO charcoal BBQ or fire pits of any kind
