"Wir, ein neunmonatiges Baby, 2 Kinder 4 bzw. 7 Jahre alt und vier Erwachsene, haben in dieser großzügig geschnittenen Ferienwohnung mit alleiniger Gartennutzung bewohnt. Der Aufenthalt war toll. Das Ostseebad Bansin ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu erreichen. In Mellenthin kann man in einem Bioladen einkaufen, eine Kaffeerösterei ist ebenso fußnah zu erreichen. Das Wasserschloss lädt zu leckerem Kaffee und Kuchen ein. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen."

Bettgestell knarrte bei jeder Schlaf-Bewegung laut. Leuchten im Flur mit defekten Birnen. Küchennutzung durch Platzmangel etwas eingeschränkt. Viel Verkehrslärm durch fahrende und parkende Autos und einen Regen Buslinienverkehr bei beiden Straßenseiten. Tiefgarage nur als Gitterkorbparkplatz möglich."

"Wir waren nun schon das 2. Mal in dieser gepflegten und zugleich rundum gemütlichen Unterkunft. Es war wieder toll. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Ein größeres Kompliment kann es wohl nicht geben. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt, es ist insgesamt viel Platz, der Wintergarten ist eine Oase, die Betten ohne "Bandscheibenvorfallgefahr", was ja mittlerweile auch nicht ganz unwichtig ist, die Bäder sind zahlreich und die Sauna ein zusätzlicher Wohlfühlpunkt. Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "
