öncelikle hotels.com dan aile odası satın almama rağmen resepsiyonda ki görevli bütün aile odalarının satıldığını sadece standart oda verebilceklerini söylediler. başka aile odası olmadığı için iki çocukla standart oda da kalmak zorunda kaldık. ve bununla ilgili herhangi bir para iadesi olmadı. bize verilen oda da balkon kapsısı kapanmıyordu. yani diyeceği o ki ne tarafından bakarsanız bakın rezalet bir deneyimdi

Genel temizlik ve personel yaklaşımı gayet iyiydi. Konum ve rahatlık açısından da tercih edilir. Fakat çeşitli problemler vardı ve bunlar can sıkıcıydı. Asansör kapısı sıkışmıştı, saç kurutma makinesi düzgün çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı kalitesi idare ederdi. Isıtma doğalgaz değil klimaylaydı.
