Then proceeded to called someone else that told him that the expedia reservation was payed. After that he gave us a key to a room smaller that the one we booked. We went back to the front desk to ask for the room we pay for and he showed us the price that was displayed on the wall and that room was a studio which was way more...

"The place had everything from a variety of tea bags to soft clean robes, even honey packets for your tea! This place gives everything you can imagine and the pool was definitely the best part! It has 2 amazing water slides and you can order drinks while in the pool. Definitely the best hotel ever!"

"They did not find our registration and took a while to sort that out. Afterwards the person checking us in took forever to have over our keys. The hotel room had water dripping onto the floor which was a hazard. The air conditioner also stopped working overnight. Overall This was a terrible stay. "

He would pay the other hotel and send me the difference between what I paid and the costs of the new hotel. The same day I heard that the owner of Rai Village apparently is not trustworthy. "The property is in a good location with nice view from the rooms and patio. The rooms are basic but well kept. There is no mini fridge, table, kettle (or coffee), chair, glasses, water. The food downstairs was very delicious. In the morning the water was warm like…. The washroom needs more attention."
