"Difficult to understand how people have left 5 star reviews for this property. The view out the window is nice but sadly the moment you turn around you see a shabby room which doesn’t seem particularly clean. The owner was friendly but in truth I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"農家？をホテルに改装したブティックホテルで田舎にある立地とともに雰囲気を感じることができる。部屋もスイーツだったので、十分な広さとおしゃれな内装で満足できるものだった。しかし、給湯器にエラーメッセージが点灯しており、ヒーター、給湯とも作動できず、レセプションに人もいないため、手の施しようがなく、寒い中就寝することとなった。また、1/1の宿泊だったためレストランは休業で、周辺のスーパーマーケットも休業だったため晩御飯が買ってあった少量のパンのみでひもじい思いをした。立地的に周辺の街にも遠くレストランもないため、1/1であってもオーベルジュとしてレストランの営業をのぞみます。レセプションを省力化することについて、エコに対しての姿勢は認めますが、そうであれば、なおさら設備のメンテナンス、作動状況の確認はしっかりと実施していただきたいと思います"

"Helaas was de Chocolaterie overboekt maar we kregen een ander Hotel ervlak bij, dit was perfect geregeld. Hotel was schoon, en lag prachtig in midden van klein dorp. Mensen van de bediening waren allemaal Super vriendelijk. We komen zeker terug."

"That could have been a perfect hotel, if not for several things that kind of ruined the experience. Let me first start with the good things - the location is absolutely superb, it's a big villa located virtually in the middle of a forest. The house is wonderful and the room was spacious and decorated with style. But... "Owners, a young couple, contact you the day of your arrival on Whatsapp and explains clearly how to selfckeck in to the duplex apartment. The front door is just behind a restaurant door, not so easy to locate when the restaurant is open. Staircase is steep and narrow. The appartment is very nice, spacious, clear, and clean. "Doesn't belong on this website. The used coffee pods from the previous guest were still in the coffeemachine. Ashtray outside filled with cigarette buds. Door handle from the badroom door fell off. Tv was not working. Bed linnen not included, they gave them for free because the tv was not working. Building and environment in bad condition. "

"Arrivée en famille devant l'établissement à 20h30, personne de présent à l'accueil, nous avons du appeler l'hôtel pour que quelqu'un vienne enfin nous ouvrir après 15min d'attente, et pour finalement nous annoncer qu'il y a un doublon sur notre studio et que nous serons donc relogé en chambre sans kitchenette et donc dans l'impossibilité de faire manger la famille. Aucune compensation ou dédommagement nous a était proposé. Nous sommes fortement déçu par cette prestation. "

"Our stay at Pierre and Martine's farmhouse was wonderful! The view from the backyard out into the pasture's is breathtaking and the kindness shown to us and our family was delightful. We enjoyed day trips to Brugge, Chimay, Dinant, Namur, and Bastogne. Also, don't miss Maresous Abbey a short ride away."

Great Hotel for Charleroi Airport Location

"Always come back here when on business in Belgium. It’s a 5 minute drive from Charleroi Airport which is South Brussels. The team here are always friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always busy and offers great food and drinks. It seems to be a popular spot for local residents too which says a lot about the quality of eatery. Rooms are generous size and parking on site is easy. We often use it as base too when heading back to the airport to catch a flight as you can wander in and have a cup of tea whilst catching up on some work. Will 100% use this hotel every time we are back in Belgium in this area. "
