Posto piacevole e tranquillo tra il lago di Martignano e il lago di Bracciano, immerso nel verde, a 4 km dal centro di Anguillara Sabazia ben collegato con il centro di Roma grazie alle FS.
A disponibilità degli ospiti una bella vasca idromassaggio, un bel barbecue e un giardino fiorito dove poter cenare e un angolino per il solarium.
In venti minuti di camminata si può raggiungere il Lago di Martignano ben collegato anche dal servizio navetta comunale.
