"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

"Great place to stay. Lots of space. We had an issue with one shower causing lots of water on the floor but they came the next day to address it. That was appreciated. Note there is no lock safe in the suite. That was not told to us. But I would still highly recommend it. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Sonder! Both this location and the Spanish steps location are super central to Rome. We felt very safe in this area as 3 young girls traveling alone, the area was always busy and there were 3 doors with codes to get through which felt safe. The biggest downfall is the showers in the room, which I think are an issue in most of Europe? They don’t believe in shower curtains or doors!!! "Great location and apartment was clean and quiet. We felt secure and safe. Bed was comfortable and showers had plenty of hot water. Only issue was there is never anyone at the reception desk, as it was dark and locked. However, they did communicate if you messaged them. Would stay here again. "

"The hotel itself was a historical piece built in 13th century! Staying in such an old building (renovated and furnished delightfully) was a treat. It was tight in the middle of the most famous attractions, all walking distance. Perfect for a first timer in Rome and solo travelers. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Having a kitchenette with a full size oven surprised me happily. Nice bathroom, daily cleaning. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. "
