Clean, peaceful and quiet
"I came here with my 19 yo son and our pup, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we were looking for. A two minute walk to the beach and a short ride to Buffalo - there was enough to do while still being peaceful. The next door neighbors were also very friendly."

"This was my second stay at this location. In town for the Bills game and we get hit with lake effect. 32" in a few hrs. Dan plowed out the drive, shoveled the porch and left me stuff to dig out. Class act."
