Jimmerson Blue: Luxury lake living with dock access for two boats

Jimmerson Blue was built for entertaining and has open-concept living rooms, kitchens, and dining areas with fantastic lake views and sunsets. Our dock can moor two plus personal or rental boats at the house. The kitchen has everything you need for grab-and-go meals and gourmet food prep, including a wet bar with a second sink and wine chiller. The butler's pantry includes a second stove, refrigerator, and laundry facilities. The upstairs great room has painted wood plank cathedral ceilings and a dining area with ample seating for 8 and 3 at the breakfast bar. The lake-side upper deck is the entire width of the home, with generous space to relax and mingle. It also includes dining for 6. With two bedrooms upstairs, the master suite is lakeside with deck access to a semi-private seating area. The downstairs consists of a living room, dining for 8, with an additional sink and refrigerator, two bedrooms, and access to the lower level covered area and fire table.

The property is conveniently located - 1/2 mile to a public boat launch, restaurants, bars, and the infamous Tom's Donuts.

Pontoons, Fishing boats, and Jet Skis are available to rent locally.

Perfect family lake retreat
Loved all this home had to offer. Our family was very comfortable and had plenary of space for kids to separate from the adults. The location was excellent for heading down to the four corners area or out onto the lake. We did a lot of sick fishing and also out on Jimmerson lake with a lot of success. Will definitely be back!

Our family really enjoyed our summer vacation at this lake house. The interior was very clean and had all higher end finishings. The property manager communicated very well and provided lots of helpful information. The only downside for our family was that we could not bring our goldendoodle with us.

We loved our week at Jimmerson Blue! Every detail has been thought through and we had everything we needed! So nice to have things like full spices, great kitchen utensils, shower soap and Qtips! Kayak was fantastic! We rented a pontoon for the week and just kept it at the dock. So easy to just enjoy the lake the entire time. We loved it!

Wonderful Family Lake Home
This was our 2nd year staying at this luxury home and it won't be our last. Our family has grown to love this lake home and appreciate all it has to offer. The layout is perfect for our kids to claim the basement while the adults stay upstairs to create a nice balance for everyone. The location is perfect behind the marsh to utilize the dock for fishing at any time of day. The proximity to access restaurants or four corners is very convenient . We look forward to coming back year after year.

Our favorite lake house yet!
This lake home was perfect in every way! Not only was the house beautiful & comfortable but the location was great too. We love being near Tom's Donuts :) We like the quietness of Jimmerson Lake & being able to sit on the back deck with a fire table at night was awesome! The house is stocked with everything you want in a rental & we loved having the kayak & paddleboards to use as well. Suzanne, the host was most accommodating. We would love to stay at Jimmerson Blue again!

Superb rental
This property has it all. From the minute we booked until we checked out we were impressed. Super friendly owner and property management who were flexible with our check in time at the last minute. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the house itself is super clean and completely updated with he best of everything. We had everything we needed! So comfortable. The only thing that would have improved the stay would have been a tv in the downstairs bedrooms. But that's just being spoiled. We will definitely be back!

Very clean well stocked new lake home
We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday here with two other families. There was plenty of room and everything including the kitchen was very well stocked. The teens enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the kayak. The only downside was that there is not a great spot for swimming. The water in front of the house is very shallow and filled with vegetation. I am sure you could find a public beach somewhere though. We had an excellent time and the property manager was very responsive.

House was loaded with amenities, supplies of paper products, cooking utensils for the grill, blankets and games. The outdoor seating was fabulous with the perfect water views and glass fire pit table! Loved the boat dock, it was spacious with plenty of room to bring in your boat. They also had outdoor paddle boards and a kayak that made our trip even better😊 The beds in the house were very comfortable with spacious rooms. The kitchen space and tables were large enough to hold 12 people for sure. The wet bar and butler pantry were great to have. You can’t go wrong renting this house, you will be amazed because it’s even nicer in person than in the pictures. We will definitely be back to rent this lovely home!

Our stay at Jimmerson Blue was fantastic. The property is immaculately maintained and furnished. We wanted for nothing. The communication with both owner and property manager is excellent. If you want to relax and get away from it all Jimmerson Blue is the place for you and if you are looking for something more it is a short boat trip to main lake or drive to great local eateries. This is the 1st rental we have been in that my wife was not concerned with the cleanliness of the property. It appeared as if everything was brand new. Best vacation in a long time.

Gorgeous Lake House!
Jimmerson Blue is an absolutely beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for! Suzanne and the property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. The listing is slightly off, in that there was no lake mat nor tv outside by the beautiful furniture on the first floor. Also, a bit bummed that we couldn't jump into the lake from the dock because all of the algae. You actually can get into the water from the dock, but you sink into it knee high and it releases a very stinky smell. All that said, we had an AMAZING time and will be back!

Not enough room to write in all the positive things about the way the homeowner has outfitted this house. 12/10 if that was possible. Enough room for 6 adults and 2 under 13 COMFORTABLY. Every has their space. Honestly it felt as if we were staying at a friends property versus a rental. We rented a boat locally and the house was perfect for that. Her house manager was there when we arrived to ease us in and was available if you need locally. Location is centra to the area and can be as close or as far as you’d like. Kudos to those who choose Suzanne’s property. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Stayed 7/24/21 thru 8/1/21.

A great stay
Well equipped and stocked house - everything you need and more (even batteries and ibuprofen)! A comfortable house to stay in. We had 3 couples and a single (7). Located close to nice restaurants- recommend Acapulco (Mexican). Very clean and plenty of seating areas. The couch at the gas fire pit was great. Great boat access to the chain of lakes - excellent for water sports. There are some shallow spots that made us nervous at first in a wake boat, but there is plenty of deep, calm water for surfing. Now that we are familiar with the lakes we would come again for sure.
