Hôtel à restaurer et à réorganiser
Bâtiment en triste état, sale et pas entretenu. Les couloirs, les murs sont sales, les barrières trouées/cassées/rouillées, les abords de la piscine également, mauvaises herbes, carrelages manquants... Pataugeoire pour les petits abandonnée. Choix de ce logement car annonce avec parking mais si vous voulez une place, vous devez y être avant 15h. Evidemment pas de place aux alentours et payant. Bâtiment pour un maximum de rentabilité mais sans pensée au bien-être client. Point positif : accès facile à une belle plage, aux restaurants et au centre d'Anglet.

Très bon accueil, appartement agréable fort bien situé à la limite entre Anglet et Biarritz, de quoi faire de belles balades le long du littoral. L’accès rapide aux plages à pied est un grand plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé et très bien équipé. Accès plage, ville, commerces à proximité. cadre agréable.Nous avons été très bien accueilli, avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Encore merci de cet accueil fort sympathique. Parking voiture très pratique. Petit bémol sur le parking a vélo non sécurisé et non entretenu, et résidence parfois bruyante selon voisinage...

Un séjour de rêve !
J’ai passé dix jours dans ce charmant appartement au calme et proche de toutes les commodités. Mon grand bonheur a été de me promener chaque jour le long de l’océan qui se trouve à deux pas. Merci à Vivianne pour son accueil et la propreté des lieux. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur goût en matière de décoration. Je me suis sentie comme à la maison !

Très bon séjour
Le logement est idéalement situé, à la limite entre Anglet et Biarritz. Des commerces (boulangerie notamment) et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds. L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais très fonctionnel. La literie est de bonne qualité (y.c la canapé-lit). L'appartement est situé dans une partie de la résidence plutôt calme.

excellent séjour
Très bon accueil, appartement propre et bien agencé, avec une terrasse qui permet de s'attabler à trois ou quatre dans avec vue sur le golf. Literie top, et salle de bain propre. Grand frigo et bonne cuisine. Deux piscines grandes et propres avec des transats très confortables. Plage à 600 m à pied environ, avec une grosse montée, mais route goudronnée, ça se fait bien. Peu de restau dans le coin, mais Biarritz n'est pas loin et c'est très calme le soir et la nuit.

L'appartement est situé entre la mer et le golf A 10mn en bus de Biarritz Restaurant à pieds par un passage piétonnier. L'appartement correspond au descriptif. Très bon accueil et explications de L'appartement Je recommande vivement pour un séjour.

Schöner Platz zum Urlaub machen
Leider hat der Check In nicht so gut funktioniert da die Hausverwalterin kein Englisch gesprochen hat und wir lange auf sie warten mussten… Mit vier Personen ist die Wohnung recht eng da, wenn das Sofa zum Bett ausgeklappt ist, man nicht mehr zum Kühlschrank oder Balkon kommt. Der Fußmarsch zum Strand beträgt 10 Minuten, der Rückweg ist durch den Anstieg beschwerlich. Die zwei Pools sind leider sehr kalt und das gesamte Objekt recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die Umgebung ist toll und das Preisleistungsverhältnis der Wohnung ist ok.
