Great stay
This place was very suitable for our needs . It was spacious and warm with a great outlook onto the lake. Parking was great for our boats. The only improvement could be a much needed updated bbq. I would stay again in the future.

Anglers reach stay
The house was well set up, lovely and warm and in a beautiful spot with views to the lake and a bush backyard, with lots of Kangaroos, wombats and even an echidna.

We had a wonderful stay. Very spacious, clean and with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Distance to Selwyn was fine for a daily visit. Take a Telstra sim for mobile reception!

Perfect for the family
Everything was perfect. 6 adults and 4 kids plenty of room, 3 bathrooms a plus. Separate lounge where the kids watch a dvd and parents could relax.

Lovely House
This is a lovely house which is a very tranquil setting. Our group really enjoyed our stay away at the Lodge. The owner was very helpful and answered all the questions that we had before the visit. Everything was lovely and clean. The house felt and appeared to be very well cared for.

Good property in good halfway location.
The house was spacious and was exactly as described in the add. Easily fits multiple families . Being 50 mins from Mt Selwyn, 1hr from Jindabyne and Cooma and 1.5 hrs from Perisher made it very convenient. We drove to both snow fields while staying there. Communication with Ann prior to the stay was good with Ann responding promptly to any questions i had. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolute stunner
We chose Waterford Lodge as we had quite a large group and we were not dissapointed at all. Absolutely beautiful setting with easy check in and fantastic communication from Ann. Exceeded all of our expectations and we hope to be able to come back for another visit in the future. The online photos do not do this beautiful house justice! Thank you so much Ann for a wonderful stay ❤️

Snow trip 2023
The house was fantastic, very spacious, open living, and clean. The heater and fire place in the living room was great spot for the family to relax after a busy day on the ski field. The property manager was super helpful and quick with response. We will definitely be coming back to the house in our next snow trip.

Huge House For Family and Friends
It's a large house located in a calm and peaceful environment with beautiful lake view. Only 100 meters away from lake water. We have seen much more kangaroos than people in the area. Ann, host of property, was very kind and helpful on any enquiries on the property before we arrived.

Amazing location and heaps of room
This house was great for close and extended family. 8 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room. Great kitchen and dishwasher was missed but not too bad we had plenty of people to wash up. The drive to Selwyn ski fields was easy. Fireplace was lovely and aircon was great for living areas. There was heaps of blankets for beds and lounges never short of a blanket. Electric blankets on all beds was needed and great. Lastly the living area was huge and fit everyone with ease and lovely and clean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home
We booked this property to go to Selwyn. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other ideas and the snow season was cut short. We decided to proceed with our booking and we were not disappointed. The property manager Ann was AMAZING to deal with. She got back to any email straight away and was super helpful making suggestions where to eat/ what to go etc. The house itself is spacious and extremely clean and modern. There are plenty of beds and everything you need to have a great holiday. The amount of wildlife around the property was so lovely to see and waking up to the beautiful view of the lake never got old. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location for a large group
The accommodation was perfect for our needs! We had 13.5 people stay in the house and it never felt crowded! There was plenty of places to dry the snow clothes near windows! Fire and electric blankets were much welcomed each day and the kitchen size was great! Only suggestions to enhance the trip is to have a dishwasher due to so many ppl in house, heater/ac down long hallway end as the fire/heat never made it down that end and replace the shower head in laundry as no water comes out the centre of it and lastly have a larger cooking pan for so many ppl BUT even without those things it was great and we would definitely stay again! Owner was so helpful too and quick to respond which was always so appreciated!! Thanks for having us :)
