"Lovely hotel. It’s very nice that they have a complimentary shuttle into town and a symbiotic relationship with their sister property in town, Le Normandy. "Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town. Hotel has been done up, very clean. Plenty of parking out front (we had forgotten to book the hotel's covered carpark), but it was off season so might be a lot busier in the summer. "All was well. Except for two things For an hotel of this class there should be USB ports to charge phones and ipads in the room. There weren’t and it wasn’t easy to recharge. The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea. Maybe think about more training? But except for this, all was fine"

"The staff were very nice and agreeable. It's a fine hotel for the price. The only slight issue was the breakfast because the eggs were powdered I think or, at least, not very good. Hard boiling was the way to go. I think the breakfast options could be better overall. Other than that, it was good."

"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...
