"We found the lady at check in to be an absolute delight. Personable, well-spoken and helpful. Our room was larger than expected, spotless,and quiet (top floor). Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and well stocked. A bit more expensive than some hotels in the area but worth the extra!"

"We were there for a night while traveling through France. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The walls are very thin and we could hear every noise from the rooms down the hall. Convenient location by the train station and staff were kind and helpful."

"Pleasant and efficient check-in. Breakfast -Plenty of choice but food area small to accommodate the food and the clientele. Lift for upto 5 people. Side exit on upper floors with push doors. "Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. Just threw a duvet over the sofa. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the items you need in a flat are provided. Staff go above and beyond to help you have a comfortable stay. Especially Michael who was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay again. "
